Terrible Service

Terrible Service honestly. Really disappointed about the treatment they have provided. I am doing up my house and in touch with so many retailers per day and they are all so helpful regarding everything, claims/damages but Artforma not at all. I ordered a plain mirror from them for my bathroom and hung it and the mirror was fine, upon removing the plastic the corner of the mirror cracked and Artforma isn't willing to help because I was supposed find the fault before hanging the mirror, however, the fault clearly came from removing the tight plastic on top which represents the fault in the quality of the product which they should take responsibility for. I will certainly not be buying any more products from here and thankful I didn't buy an even higher priced product.

We include clear instructions on the first page of the manual and on the back of the mirror, recommending to inspect the entire condition of the mirror before hanging it up and reporting any damages.

What an amazing product

What an amazing product. Bought just over a year ago and recently had an issue. The process and resolution was outstanding. Replacement has been ordered and I cannot recommend Atrforma highly enough. Brilliant customer service. Will be ordering another unit very soon.

DO NOT BUY..

I received my mirror with a defective iPad. Once installed, I made the company aware. I sent them all requested videos and followed all the steps advised. The iPad was defective. The company refused to provide me a refund for the mirror or ipad portion. They also did not offer to send me a replacement. 79 emails later, no resolve. The recommend I face time them to have them see the iPad was not working. This has been horrible service with no resolve and alot of money spent. Do NOT buy from this company. They will not replace or refund anything defective.

Two videos were sent as requested.
79 emails in total with this company.
A call was scheduled to watch me attempt to turn on the iPad which is defective. This is not a resolve.

The companies answer is insufficient and misleading. They refused to refund or replace the item. Do not purchase from them. They will not place anything defective and they are located in Poland.

Love my Mirror!!!

Came on time as promised and I was lucky to have professional help to install it, which took no time ...
The Mirror is a "dream", the sound is really good and the bluetooth works seamless.
The only thing I would have liked more was if the light around the mirror was dimmable...

Mirror arrived chipped

The mirror arrived chipped in the corner after waiting well past the promised arrival date. The chip was small and could not be seen until the seal was removed. According to the company, you cannot return the mirror if the seal is broken. They did offer to give me a discount on a new mirror at a discount. I would not recommend using this company.

This is the mirror for a modern bath!

Mirror functioned as expected. Worth every bit of $$. Would have given 5 stars if not for the lack of communication between Artforma, their shipping service, and myself. Again, mirror arrived and functions perfectly. I will be recommending to everyone.

No Instructions and NOT intuitive

My delivery came without any instructions or a manual. I looked online and it is not very clear how to find the manual there either. The product is not very intuitive and there should be a lot more guidance other than just a mirror and mounting kit.

NOT BUYING!!!

NOT BUYING!!!. I ordered 3 mirrors, of which 2 have arrived broken: one of them completely broken (when we opened it to hang it it was completely broken); We managed to hang the other mirror but when we removed the protective plastic from the first corner, a piece of glass fell out, impossible to see previously. I have complained to them and they tell me that since the stickers on the hangers are broken, they will not refund my money. More than €1000 thrown away.

Update 2024/01/02. Thank you for your update. I hope that all people read this and act in consecuence. If you don't have any insurance for your delivery partners, you need to check your business asap. If "your rules (like you said to me in youor emails)" are those, I don't think that you have any credibility. You'll have notice soon from other ways.

UPDATE 2024/03/07: After 3 months of dispute with ArtForma, and with intervention of my bank, finally I got my money back.

In such cases, it becomes challenging for us to determine whether the damage occurred during the hanging process. Unfortunately, we are unable to process a claim in this situation, as we do not have the means to verify when the damage occurred.
It's worth noting that this information is explicitly presented on the back of the mirror, on the hangers, and requires removal of the sticker with this information to hang the mirror.

THE mirror for the modern bath!

Mirror is a great modern addition. Hanging should be straight forward for most. The two provided pairs of bolts for hanging just didn’t work for my setup. The wife loves her new mirror and accessories.

Gorgeous and well-made product!

Gorgeous and well made product! I was a bit nervous living in the USA that they would arrive intact but they were incredibly well packaged and safe. We are very pleased with our mirrors!!

Biblically hopeless - so many fails…..

So I purchased a very large high-end mirror with make up inset and a Samsung tablet in it that cost approximately £1,500 it’s been installed for two years. A couple of days ago. there was a fast flashing of the LED that you press to light the mirror and it wouldn’t light, I sent the symptoms to the company and they said that the mirror had failed and that I would have to buy a new one and I said okay what will I need to pay for the new one, and they said we will give you a 15% discount Later that day I got an electrician to power cycle the mirror and it started working perfectly so my issues are:

1. Not standing by an early life failure in a high end mirror
2. Offering a pathetic 15% for an early life failure
3. Incorrect diagnosis of the issue

I will never buy from them again.
