This arrived in very poor condition.

This arrived in very poor condition.
It had a split in the wood that had been mended with glue that had spilled out. The plate connecting the reading slope to the upright post was glued and screwed but the glue had spilled out.
The wood of the internal connecting post was badly scratched.
There were two chips on the corner of the reading slope.
There was a bad dent in the base of the lectern.
It looked like an item that had been returned, mended and resold.

We wrote you "We know the box was opened for customs inspection, but we don't know what actually happened to the product. However, we can send you the broken part for replacement or offer you a 15% discount on the product to repair it. ".
The good is a new good, and here we did not repaire it to resale.
