I absolutely loved my candles. They were packaged amazingly and came safely and on time. The items inside were wrapped beautifully and carefully. I think they smell amazing and were very safe to burn. They smell great and last a very long time. I thoroughly recommend and would definitely buy again. Very happy customer!

Recently found these beautiful candles and the plus is that the seller is as lovely as they are! When you find your “go-to” company that’s it, no need to look elsewhere. These candles are reasonably priced, long-lasting, even burners with the perfect amount of scent and attractive decoration....I can’t wait to see what else comes out! Thank you.

Just had my 1st delivery, on opening the box the smell was wonderful even before burning the wax melts. Everything really well packaged as much care in the packaging as in the making of the product. Really happy with my purchase and have now ordered 3 of your gift boxes as Christmas presents. Gift wrapping and postage included in the price. WHATS NOT TO LIKE!!!

Received a hurricane vase candle holder as a gift. A really lovely item that we have been enjoying using.

Sadly the item had sustained some damage from the courier when it arrived (an isolated incident I think, and in no way the fault of Artemis Luna). I emailed customer service and got a near immediate reply, despite contacting them out of office hours and expecting to wait until at least the next day for a response. I didn't want to involve the gift giver in sorting the issue out if I didn't have to, so didn't have the full order details, but this wasn't an issue and there was no question about sorting the issue based on the details I did have.

Corinne at Artemis Luna was a pleasure to deal with. She was exceptionally helpful and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently, indeed far quicker than I was expecting. I would say the service far exceeded a 5 star standard. I would definitely use Artemis Luna again, and will be recommending to friends.

Arrived very quickly and wonderfully packaged. I’ve wanted to try wax melts for a while and found the website easy to use and the products have with information to help me understand what I’d bought.
