Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. Elisa at Artemest patiently researched and answered all my questions and customization requirements. She is polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am excited to receive the vase I ordered which is shipping from Italy. Even though it’s a relatively small Item compared to other products Artemest sells, Elisa still provided excellent customer service. I’m very impressed by Artemest thus far.

beautiful Book and gorgeous hand marbled paper and design. Excellent quality. It is joy to use the book - thick handmade paper with strong binding. I use it record my mother's recipes in there and just enjoy using it so much. Makes for a fabulous gift as well. Took some time to arrive but so worth the wait. Good things that are hand made with excellent quality take time as they should. We dont want off the shelf mass produced consumer goods.

Artemest—an excellent quality designer of keepsake products.
This is about the third time I ordered replacements for our Olivia style silverware. I always need to make the order to Italy. Artemest was by far the most efficient and easiest to use.

Overall this was a smooth experience. The shipping career (FedEx) had multiple delays. This was an anniversary gift and I had selected a specific date that I needed it by.
