Firstly, the product is exactly as expected and described. Secondly, and most importantly, the customer service has been exceptional. I made an error in my requirements, which I did not notice until the item arrived. I asked that it be reprinted because of my error, and it was at a vastly reduced cost - most likely at cost. Such customer service is rare these days - thank you so much for all your help.

Brilliant product

I contacted Sheetal for a bespoke piece for father's day this year based on one of her previous designs. She made sure that the details were accurate and the turn around was quick.
