Terrible experience - never received my order, and never heard back from Customer service. Their phone is also disconnected when I try to call. Ordered for my wedding and devastated that they have not arrived as promised, I don't know if I'll ever get my money back.

Look elsewhere for artwork, do not waste your time and money here. Interacting with this company has been a terrible experience. I ordered a hand painted canvas reproduction of a famous painting. What I received was a painting whose depth of color was so remarkably different from the "original" as to be painful to look at. Where the orignial had soft, dusky hues, the reproduction used brilliant cotton candy colors which destroyed the calming ambiance of the entire painting. When I expressed displeasure to the company, I was told that the reproductions were actually an artist's "interpretation" of the original, which is a ridiculous answer to someone who paid hundreds of dollars for an accurate reproduction of the master's work. When I suggested a pathway that could lead to both parties' satisfaction, customer service never responded. I have never in all my years of commerce had a company go silent in a customer service conversation. I will never do business with this company again and hope to save someone else the heartache of disappointment and financial loss.

We have orderd multiple prints from Art-Prints-On-Demand. They are high quality, thick canvas, thick paint and mount easily - minimal stretch. I order them without frames to the USA and mount them over plywood protected with a bedsheet or similar fabric, and stretch staple to the back. I use 1 x 2 inch wood moulding strips for mounting and set with homemade pins in holes. It allows for perfect leveling and easy hang. We are very pleased and will continue to make more.

Same problems as other customers. Wrong size was shipped, on the wrong material. To fix requires me to bear the shipping costs both ways which exceeds the purchase costs. 100% agree that YOU SHOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The quality, depth of availability, and delivery of the prints was outstanding.

Living in the US, delivery costs did not outweigh the comparative price of the prints. Highly recommend.

The selection of art work is immense. Lots of options for the works to be printed on including hand painted copies. The finished quality is top level and the finished artworks look amazing.

Very satisfied with the whole process from ordering to shipping and delivery. I like that Art Prints are pro-active with achieving customer satisfaction the whole way.

One small downside for me personally was that shipping to New Zealand directly was very cost prohibitive and would have stopped me from making a purchase as Art Prints did not offer any choices to this part of the world.
Luckily for me I use a re-shipping service in the UK which reduced shipping costs greatly.

I love my pictures. They are more vivid and heartwarming than I could have anticipated. They took a little while to arrive, but when they did, they were absolutely worth the wait!. Many thanks to Art prints on demand.

My two Kandinsky prints arrived moments ago. In perfect condition, framed beautifully. I am impressed with the quality of your service. Actually, my first comment was “Wow!!!” Many thanks and I’m sure I’ll be back for more.

Period Prints seem to have changed name to Art-Prints-On-Demand.

I wrote a review about Period Prints because the print was printed badly on cheap looking shiny paper. I wrote to them and they didn't reply. I left a review on Trust Pilot that now doesn't show up because Period Prints seem to have changed name to Art-Prints-On-Demand.

Period Prints and / or Art-Prints-On-Demand have not replied to my complaint.

Excellent service and quality. The originals are in my local art gallery so I am able very easily to judge the faithfulness of the reproductions, which also are the same size as the originals. The packaging was amazing and turnround very quick. Also very reasonably priced! Vorsprung durch Technik!

Very impressed with the canvas art, which exactly mirrors the colour of the original masterpiece. Ditto the quality of the canvas frame. Even the packaging, which was two-layered, impressed.

i've been coveting the gigantic metropolis movie poster that angelina jolie's character, kate libby, has in the 1995 movie HACKERS, for at least a decade. after looking for it online for years i finally saw it for sale on art prints on demand. unsure of the website's legitimacy, i emailed them to make sure the print wouldn't look like a 6 foot jpeg, they were super responsive and answered my questions and went a little above and beyond to make sure i was going to be happy with my purchase. like, they forwarded the contact info for the actual printing company that makes the print who sent me a photo of a print sample. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! i waited for a sale, which they have super frequently. shipping was quick and the poster looks far better than i was expecting. like i can't speak for all their prints but it's a gorgeous offset print. no visible digital compression. insanely reasonable price. the libby-fication of my living room is complete. thank you, art prints on demand dot com.

The quality was fantastic, and we got the cheapest option, i cant imagine how beautiful the ones on the special canvas must be. They have a gigantic selection of almost any painting you can think of, and the best thing is you can have it custom made to your own size, which we needed because we already had a huge frame we needed to fill. Shipping was super fast too considering it came from overseas, i think like 2 or 3 days once the print was completed.

excellent quality prints cannot fault

We got an oil paint reproduction of Van Gogh’s Almond Blossom for $400. It is astoundingly great. The paint gives the picture depth and colors that you can’t get from a digital print. It was delivered on time. Frame is solid, canvas looks good. I would definitely order from this shop again.
