very very very unprofessional company. during sales process they will position as a single company taking care of end to end delivery and charge you premium but once you sign the contract they will ask you to run behind their suppliers, delivery companies etc. Very rude staff always shying away from the responsibility. Please dont spend your hard earned money on such unprofessional company.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE – COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL

We hired Arslan Wonen for a full bathroom renovation.
The project was supposed to take 3 weeks, and we were told this was even a “buffer period” — meaning it would likely finish earlier.
In reality, it took until the 7th week to complete — and that only happened after we sent a formal written notice.

Up to that point there was no communication, no supervision, and no project management at all.
They never answered our calls, never replied to our messages, and ignored multiple emails for weeks.
The project manager only ever contacted us to ask for payments and never once came to inspect the work on site.
There was zero oversight from Arslan Wonen during the entire renovation.
In the end, we had to contact the owner of Arslan Wonen directly just to get a reaction.

The workmanship and organisation were unacceptable:
• A water pipe was drilled through, leaving us without hot water or heating (CV) for days.
• Electrical wires left exposed for weeks — a serious safety hazard.
• Washbasin tap installed incorrectly (rotated, too close to the mirror).
• Shower head mounted the wrong way, leaking.
• Hot/cold control not working properly — always hot, even on cold.
• Missing bathtub parts and fittings.
• Workers failed to show up several times without notice.
I even had to personally contact the subcontractor’s owner to get someone to come and work.

And perhaps the most ridiculous part: the same wall had to be broken open and retiled four separate times due to repeated mistakes, leaks, and poorly executed repairs.
Four times the same wall – four times lost time.

We specifically chose Arslan Wonen to avoid dealing directly with subcontractors and to pay for professional project management and quality control.
We received none of that.
Only after sending a formal written notice did the company act and fix most issues in the 7th week.

In short:
A 3-week project turned into a 7-week ordeal — no communication, no supervision, and the same wall rebuilt four times.
The project manager never checked the work, and the company only reacted when pressured.

Deeply disappointing experience – absolutely not recommended.
