Superior service on a warranty issue
On a hot water heater installation 6 years prior, a tech had installed PEX tubing to the unsupported expansion tank. Over the years the tank began falling off to the side creating concern for functionality and possible leakage. As soon as service manager Michael was notified, he provided same day service by outstanding tech Matthew to completely retrofit the tubing with rigid pipe and provided a new expansion tank. I am super impressed with the quickness and quality of the response and will continue to be a customer. This is gold standard service, thank you!
