We are having issues with our new Rheem…
We are having issues with our new Rheem HVAC, installed April 2026. It appears to be a minor problem with condensation leaking at the base of the indoor unit. The system works great, very efficient, but the leak is still an issue even after 3 visits from ARS techs. That being said, each tech was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and explained what they were doing. Each tech knew what had been done prior and tried a new approach. We are confident that this problem will be resolved.
