Avoid at all costs! Misinformation given by staff at point of commencing rental of a self storage unit left us out of pocket. Staff are friendly, but lack of training by management results in customers being given false information. Effectively, we were conned out of a part month storage. The attitued of the operations manager Lucy was very abraisive and unhelpful. Defaulted to hiding behind call me Sir in a confrontational manner and saying "you signed the terms and conditions", even though I was misinformed by their badly trained staff. Her empathy is zero and she completely failed to listen to her customer. Very poor indeed. A great example of exactly how not to deal with the public!

We're out of pocket, an inconvenience and waste of time trying to communicate with Lucy. I think you'd have to be an extremely brave person to trust them with an actual house removal. Good luck if you do, but I would not rely on verbal communication, as it counts for absolutely nothing. Arrowpak trade as a friendly local company, but if something does go wrong, best of luck getting a satisfactory resolve.

As per title, based on my experience I would strongly advise you to avoid this company.

I can see why clients are so angry and disappointed. Behind the scenes someone who worked there for a whole five hours. I can see the terrible packing of products. Jars are tightened by hand not by machine, the machines break down all the time. People are treated poorly, trip hazards,
Poorly maintained warehouse. Dis.organised. Dont pay staff, this is the one in Emu Plains NSW Australia. It should
not be operating at all. OH&S Hazard.

Got the guy that was working alone a nice tray of sushi as a thanks for packing our things. He repaid us by stealing every leatherman knife that we owned from our bedside tables. Left the sleeves though, thanks for that.

Horrible terrible service. For starters my wife was SEXUALLY harassed by the movers about her FEET, my £400 glass table rolled out the back of the truck and they BLAMED it on the hill being there as if it just appeared there. My £2500 75” tv was wrapped in a thin layer of paper to be shipped and now the screen is broken. They stole a new pair of shoes I had just bought costing me £300. On top of all this I buy them lunch and they leave the rubbish in my garden and pee all over my clean bathroom. I pray I never have to work with arrowpak again and I strongly recommend anyone else.

I have used them before and was satisfied,but I can say that there was some damage and scratched furniture,this time.
I felt that I was not important,as a customer,hopefully would not use again.

What a joke. We had our unaccompanied baggage--the so-called "quick shipment"--send via Arrowpak, and it's now been 8 weeks since we saw it. It spent two weeks in Customs--not their fault, just the fault of UK Customs not hiring enough people to inspect shipments, but then they receive it today and can't deliver until a week from tomorrow. Maybe they should hire more drivers. I could walk up there and bring it back within 8 days. This is completely unacceptable. Do not hire these people, even if they are the lowest bidder.

when the movers came they were very unprofesional and rude they just put clearly labeled boxes where ever they wanted and damaged our walls in the process. you could obviously tell the didnt want to be there and when i asked them anything they had attitude. we were told when they packed our stuff that anything the took apart they would put back together and they refused. they said that it isnt that hard and i can do it myself. i understand that they are busy and have more houses to do ut thier behavior was unaceptable and i felt uncomfortable with them being in my house. when they left i had to move all the boxes they brought in and put everything together (even though they said they would do all that for me) and now i have scrapes all along my walls and up the stair case. please save your time and money and go with a different moving company. this place has been so unprofessional throughout this whole experience.

My important possessions were disposed of following 10 years of loyal custom, while I was ill and recovering from being the victim of a serious assault. Customer care? On my last call, I was prepared to discuss my circumstances, but was met with the salvo “Oh, it’s just one excuse after another!”

I’m led to believe that Arrowpak calls are recorded. I hope so, as I am now pursuing a legal approach.

Everything that has arrived today is not only damaged but completely destroyed and cannot be fixed.

I'm talking everything. From bedroom furniture to our desks, my brand new oak bookshelf my kitchen were all of my husbands electronics.. and brand new tool box that cost nearly 800USD.

I am beyond upset with this company. I really dont have words

If you want your precious china smashed to bits from not even being labelled as fragile or packed appropriately and thrown around then pick this company. If you want your furniture broken apart (that was purchased as one solid item) so you can never rebuild it, then pick this company. If you want to have your shipment take months and months with multiple screw ups with dates and plans and to be spoken to like dirt every step of the way, then pick this company.
