Been with two instructors here and all I can say is they like to make money (scam) and to play the blame game. I had an instructor constantly answer calls and messages and be on his phone during lessons which left me feeling unsafe. I didn't like his tone and attitude with me during lessons as he already knew I was a bit nervous. After driving for 3 months with this guy I still wasn't allowed to drive home or leave the same area we had been driving in from day 1. He went on holiday for 2 and 1/2 weeks and the first lesson back he said to me "why's Today not going so good" to which I responded "I've not drove in nearly 3 weeks you've been away" and he replied "I've heard that excuse a lot this week". He used to get me to pull over on the side of the road to talk to his other arrow driver friends which would waste my learning time but still wanted me to pay full price. Today I've tried a new company and they've let me drive home and leave the area and said they're pleased with how I drive! I wouldn't recommend arrow to my peers.

No one replies to emails, or the website form, or answers the phone, or calls you back when you leave messages. If you ever do get through, and you get assigned an instructor as we eventually did, the instructor cancelled 9 out of 12 arranged lessons. We tried to arrange a different instructor but can't get through to the company so have just been left in the lurch with 8 weeks to go before the test. It seems Arrow has sacked the instructor for not turning up to lessons but won't answer our calls or help us with another instructor, and we have a test booked and no support.

Came with Paul for my 3rd driving test, I did an intensive 4 day course with him and he was really calm when teaching me and simplified different driving techniques to make it easier for me. He helped me with my anxiety and I passed my test 😁😁 thankyou

I have had a great experience driving with the company they are very accommodating to your needs and make you more confident while driving. As quite an anxious driver myself, I have found that my nerves have calmed down a lot since I started and the friendliness of everyone makes for such a comfortable environment to learn.

A massive thank you to Paul for helping me pass my driving test. Paul was very patient and understanding! He helped me to build my confidence. Always has a smile on his face which puts you at ease when completing your lessons.

Also a huge thank you to Kayleigh for booking my driving tests and helping me find cancellations to allow me to pass quicker.

Wouldn’t recommend any other company than arrow my experience with them has been great! Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than Paul I was always so worried about starting lessons as I am an anxious person and didn’t think I’d ever get the hang of driving but Paul really makes you feel comfortable he’s so down to earth and just genuinely a good teacher i wouldn’t have gotten this far without him can’t thank him and the arrow team enough!

Amazing instructor can always rely on and always friendly. Helped me get back driving after bad instructors previously.

I am so glad I decided to go with arrow, Paul was my instructor and was so patient with me, so down to earth and always helped me in what I could be doing better!
