Very bad customer service, product would be great, if the floor had been laid correctly. Service has not been delivered to standard and still not resolved. Very unhappy customer. Staff are rude and extremely unhelpful. No communication from them and we still have the whole floor for them to replace. Absolutely awful. Would Recommend to stay clear of this place!
