Very easy to arrange dates, good communication throughout. They have a lot of translocations there daily so you are never not knowing what is happening.
Pre op is very smooth, they are really well organised.
Surgery was good and I got to watch the video post op

From the moment I booked my sleeve surgery, I felt really confident in my decision to go with dr ceyhun adyogan and his team. My coordinator Adam was amazing. He answered all of my questions within an hour of me sending them. He reassured me at every turn. He also helped me locate my lost passport when I was a crying mess 🤣. Thank you Adam!
I would also like to say thank you to Dr ceyhun Aydogan for working his magic on me. Everything has gone smoothly and the weight is now falling off 🥰.
Now I would like to thank my lovely dieticians, Nora, Aimee and Minty and also my post op consultant Yasmine. They have all been amazing and keep in touch regularly. I am so glad I chose Dr ceyhun Aydogan and his team to have my surgery with. I will be forever grateful to you all for changing my life for the better ❤️

I had done my research on many surgeons and decided to go with Dr Ceyhun Aydogan from Arpanu Medical. From my first contact with the team and asking them numerous questions over a couple of months I had my operation for Bariatric surgery on 1st February. The postop consultant Yasmin, and Michael and Lily were fantastic. Then at the hospital I was met by the Translator Ceris who patiently explained everything and stayed with me the whole time explaining all the details and translating between the doctors and the medical staff. The Nurses were patient and the doctors very thorough. The nurses were so friendly and caring and supported me well during and after the operation right until I was discharged.
Then the nurses Deniz, and Gaye who visited me at the hotel were both brilliant and finally to the team of dieticians, Amy, Minty and Nora who have been corresponding with me since after the operation. They respond to any question or concerns immediately and always so friendly and caring. Nothing is too much for them. I really am pleased with the entire process from the start.

I would like to start by giving a huge thanks to the dietitians Amy, Nora, Minty and the postop. consultant Yasmine for being so professional in their work to help every one of us after our surgery ❤️

They’re all wonderful, very focused and knowledgeable about their work.

They’re always very caring and respectful in their treatment ❣️

No matter when you write them, they always reply fast and they give you good advices which give you good confidence to continue on the right path.

I’ve never felt like client but rather more like a family member and that says a lot about their work, treatment and approach towards you ❤️

From start to finish Arpanu medical group were so efficient from answering all my questions to booking, collecting us from airport to hotel then hospital every detail went super smooth. Operation itself went great and aftercare in hospital was great. Dieticians Amy Nora, Minty and Yasmine were and still message to give more advice and are there anytime,fantastic experience

Best experience and best care. They always text and give updates and ask in to the patients. The doctor comes and asks about you. It’s a tough experience with the surgery but with the best care from this place. I would recommend them over anything. I’ve had no trouble and everything has been as it should.

Dieteticians amy, minty, nora and postop consultant Yasmine. They really are the sweetest and most caring people. They always answer and they don’t mind many questions. I was very curious of many things and could always text them. They would always answer almost immediately. Best place overall⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I dont know what to say about everyone here, they are amazing people! Yasmine,Amy,Nora,Minty. You will not find a better team! They make you feel soo comfortable and make the journey soo much easier. Had a great experience from start to finish.
Very professional. I got a face and neck lift, eyes done and Rhinoplasty, I couldn't be happier.
They looked after me very well, made sure I was comfortable after surgery and helped with my medication

For me aesthetic surgery was very personal and at the same time scary experience and I am so happy that I did it with arpanu team! I did not have to worry about a thing - you had always a team of people taking care of you, answering all the questions and helping on all the steps of the way. The clinic has the highest quality staff and support - my translator John was the best person there, making all experiences and interactions so easy!

I got a rhinoplasty with Dr.Serhan Derin. He did an amazing job. I recommend anyone to get surgery with him. PatientCoordinator/Translator John E. was the best. Made everything go smoothly. I received so much attention. 10/10 experience. I would come back but I’m fixed to the fullest so there will be no need haha. Thank you so much for everything!

It was a really amazing experience.The surgery was on the 2nd of february and since then i was Tagen care by the nice dieticians Bahar,Nora and minty whom i am very greatful because they are always there to support me in everything i need and that's very important after this kind of surgery.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. They are super professional and take the utmost care of you. The aftercare is amazing and my dietitians Amy, Minty, Nora and Postop as well as consultant Yasmine couldn’t be more helpful. I can contact them at any time and they answer any questions…. No matter how mundane. The surgery went amazing and I feel so much better for doing it.

Travelling abroad for a surgical procedure is not something that goes without thought and stress but I can honestly say the care and support from the team at Arpanu Medical has been amazing.

I had an amazing experience with the hospital and thier staff Nora minty the dietician and post op nurse yasmine, they are still very much in touch with me everytime I need to get any further information from thier team they're brilliant and very responsive. I 100% believe it makes a big difference having the support once your back to your home town.

Whilst scary going on my own i was well looked after. 6 weeks post op and 2stone 9lb down. The lovely dieticians Amy, Minty,Nora and Yasmine have helped me so much and respond to questions promptly with great advice

Dr. Serhan Derin and the team at Arpanu Medical (John, Poyraz and their incredible nurses and post-op consultants) are the most trusting, reassuring, and welcoming people I have ever met. From the moment my cousin and I enquired with Arpanu Medical, all the way from Australia, their hospitality was wonderful. Poyraz, our medical consultant, was always so responsive and reassuring when we communicated our questions and concerns. John, our field coordinator and translator, was amazing and so professional in his role that I began to feel more of a friend of his rather than just a patient in his care. Our pre & post-op nurses attended to our every need and were so gentle with us before, during, and after our surgeries. Our surgeon, Dr Serhan Derin, is so passionate and knowledgeable in his area of work. He knew exactly what work my nose needed to ensure the outcome was medically and cosmetically what I wanted and needed. He exceeded every expectation. I could not recommend Arpanu Medical enough, you are all amazing. I am beyond grateful for this whole experience. I can proudly say that I have a new family in Istanbul.
