The only reason I am giving this 2 stars instead of one is they did let me return the bra and issued a refund.

The bra is the worst bra i have ever had or seen. The band is too big, lifts away from the rib cage. The cups are too small, I ordered DD, and they point outward -looks ridiculous. And way, way too many hooks,

Stay away from this bra. I have never hated a bra before until now.

Do not order the multifunctional bra unless you are confident it will fit correctly. No returns after opened, so how can you tell if it will fit correctly? If you don't examine the bra within a week, you are out of luck on a return. Worst customer service I have dealt with.

I ordered bras according to their size chart, and they did not fit. I was advised not to return them because it was close to Christmas. They sent 2 replacement bras that did not fit. I then said I wanted to return all 4 bras at my expense for a refund. I was offered 20% and told to keep the bras. I said that was ridiculous, and was then offered 30% and to keep the bras because I had the original ones longer than 14 days. This place is a total ripoff!

I too had the same experience where the bra did not fit. I could not locate a phone number so I requested a refund the same day I received the bra from a link on their refund policy section . Every time I sent an email they would take over 24 hours to respond just to offer you something else. They offered 30 percent so that I didn’t have to go through the refund hassle as they put it. I have sent two more emails requesting their return instructions but now they have stopped responding. So far I am out the money also.

Not comfortable! Very industrial feeling with all of the hooks and snaps. I placed an order for two bras Nov. 1, 2022 - after arrival I found they were too tight. I wrote to the company asking for my money back. Instead of giving me a refund I was persuaded to try another size. Fair enough I went with a larger size. Here is their response to my refund request.
"However, returning products is not recommended during the sales season. To save your time and efforts, we offer a one-off replacement that costs you just a tiny amount of shipping fee of $4.99. The replacement will be sent out within 1-2 days after we receive your payment. Thereby, you can keep all original items and gift your friends or family members."
When the second set of bras arrived they were too big! The cups pulled my breasts to my sides and it was very bulky. I wrote back asking for a refund here is their response. " I am sorry to hear that the new items still do not come to your expectations even though the bras were replaced once. Just please confirm that the free replacement offer and sizing are always confirmed before being issued. This problem does not happen frequently and is totally beyond what we can expect.

As per our service guarantee, we just can give one solution for one order so we are afraid that we are unable to provide you with a replacement/ refund/ return for this order. Besides, since this is a one-time replacement, I am sorry to inform you that I could not do anything further at this point. Please accept my sincere apology for any inconvenience this might have caused.

I normally am a 40D and like to wear racer back bras. The videos of the models wearing the bras give the appearance the bras are comfortable. After looking at the videos again and comparing bras they are a bit different. My review is to help other women not make the same mistake I did; I will admit I didn't completely understand the return policy. I am out $55.00. Please buyer beware.

Don't order one of these bras. I'm pretty sure you will be sorry. First off, they want a picture of how it doesn't fit! I don't think so! It's not a pretty sight! I'm over 70 and overweight. I sent a picture of my website (whimsical Labradoodles).
I liked what I saw and read so I ordered one. I did not get what I saw. I understood it was guaranteed with a free return policy. Not so. I guess I'm too used to Walmart and Amazon. Only a replacement is free.
Why would I want to replace this thing? This bras cups are located on the sides of my chest, almost under my arm pits! My boobs take a D cup and are centered with less than an inch between them. My boobs are only patricianly, less than half, in the bra cups. The cups would work for an A cup maybe.

Bras are a terrible fit and awful return policy. I got scammed for sure!

Women of a certain size have problems getting a good fitting bra so of course it's easy to scam us. This bra is simply odd, I ordered the size their web site indicated and the cups in no way even covered me. I should know better and I hope any other buyers will do a Google search for reviews. This product has an average of 1.6 out of five. I never would have wasted my money if i'd done some checking. My fault for sure.

Wish I had read these reviews instead of the ones on the site, I ordered also and waited almost a month to receive, got them and can't get them pass my thigh area!! I always wear a medium, so we'll see if I get a refund...not promising...

I took a chance in ordering this Aromia bra, the photos made it look like a substantial brassiere. Nothing like the photos, it is the most ill fitting, weird, ridiculous bra. I think it’s a scam and It’s country of origin seems to be hidden. So lesson learned, always do your research & you wouldn’t be out $34 like me.

Ordered some leggings online and received a cheap material that was not advertised. They do not allow returns even though it’s not what you ordered. Do not order from this company!

When the tank tops arrived they looked NOTHING like the photo on the website. The dress was too small.I still have not been able to get a response for a full return and refund. ONE₁₈₂ the company service team was outstanding and knowledgeable in getting my return shipping information with me and they took few minutes to complete the verification process after that i got my shipping info in the date 15-10-2021

Receive the delivery with the wrong product and wrong size, not to mention the look of the product is nothing like the website, I still have not been able to get a response for a full return and refund. I wish I could give them 0 stars. They are expensive for there quality. I got my package but they sent out two different ones and they won’t respond to my emails. You can’t even track your package. They give you a tracking number that doesn’t exist.

I ordered 3 months ago and still got nothing!!!

Ok so I waited a few weeks for the product - I now believe because that is the time it takes them to make the poor quality copies from the sites they steal the pictures from. My experience with their customer service was that they were very friendly and responded very quickly but knowing that it was too expensive for you to return the goods and offering a few dollars compensation. Since I told them I was reporting them to my bank who are looking into it (unfortunately I didn't use paypal or c.c.) I have heard nothing. So it is not just receiving poor quality items late - it is a scam disguised by a great website and in my case sort of good customer service. I disputed this via me bank and they have refunded me.

I waited for the arrival of things for two months, but the things did not come, and the service doesn't answer anything about the refund.

Do not order! It took almost a month to receive my package and luckily the socks and earcuffs were fine but my corduroy jumpsuit was not corduroy, and was in fact sweadcloth and it's size did not even match the sizes given on the size chart they provided on the website.

This site seemed too good to be true at first. I ordered a sweatshirt and a denim jacket. I was very anxious at first because of what other reviews said and that I couldn't follow the "track order". In other words...I expected to get scammed. However, a month passed and I emailed them asking what was going on with my order, and got an unexpected fast reply. A couple of days later my order arrived! I am extremely happy with my purchase; everything fit perfectly and quality is good too. I would definitely buy from them again. :)
