Terrible customer service and scent shipping
I ordered a diffuser that came with a scent subscription as a package deal. The scent was sent separate from the diffuser, the first scent package was broken and the scent all over my mailbox. I spent hours trying to contact their customer service, finally I got through and they sent a replacement -- which was the wrong scent AND was also broken -- all over my mailbox. I spent more hours trying to get through to their customer service, before I could get through the subscription kicked in and a 3 scent bottle was sent, which... was also broken.
Customer service is almost impossible to get a hold of, they did NOT refund my $ for the diffuser even though I was never able to use it and obviously they have a huge problem in their shipping department.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

AROMA 36 is a joke of a company. Customer service has its head so far up its ass that it doesn't even look nice as a hat. The shipping department constantly changes carriers. Honestly I don't know how this company hasn't been sued.
Sent me a broken bottle in a ziplock bag
So this company will bombard with text and phone calls after a purchase trying to get you to subscribe, but when they sent me 2 purchased sale items, crazy one was broken and htey were aware bc they put it inside a ziplock bag and it didn't have a seal. It leaked all in the package. I tried emailing and calling ad they did not reply, ironic considering they send so many calls and text to get you to buy more. Proceed with caution or find another more reliable company

I've been trying to get this canceled for months and once again they've taken a payment out that I did not authorize. They won't return calls, they won't let you talk to a live person. I'm at my wits end with this!

As a home fragrance lover, I was excited to finally try products from Aroma360 after receiving a promotional email from Hotel Collection. I didn’t realize at the time that they are part of the same platform.
I ordered the Pro Tower Diffuser along with the Black Velvet fragrance, inspired by The Edition Hotel scent — a fragrance I’ve loved from past stays. I had high expectations.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
My order arrived a couple of weeks later. I set everything up right away, excited to enjoy the scent. After three hours on the highest setting, there was still no noticeable fragrance, even in a small room. I could barely smell anything at all.
Because of this, I decided to request a return the very next day — and that’s when the most frustrating part began.
Customer service informed me of their strict return policy:
• No refunds on fragrance oils once opened
• Customers must pay for their own return shipping
So not only did the product not perform, but I also had to pay $20 for a return label, and I’m stuck paying for an oil that simply didn’t deliver any scent.
This has been one of the most disappointing home fragrance purchases I’ve made. Based on my experience with both the product performance and the return policy, I would strongly caution others before purchasing.
I truly wish I had known this beforehand.

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. From the moment you order they are calling and texting trying to up-sale. Cancelling the order is also a huge pain. They want to have the opportunity to talk you out of it. Their product works for maybe two weeks then quite completely. Stay away from these people and this company. I am going to sue if they do not cancel my order per my request in a timely fashion.

I purchased mine today…. Don’t even have a product yet and i’m already regretting it. Surely after the purchase, I started getting multiple calls from multiple people until I finally picked up. Once I picked up, the sales pitch started, which was absolutely horrific to tell me how what I purchased sucks and if I really wanted to get what I was hoping to achieve, is to purchase a larger unit. After I let them, tell me how terrible decision I made of purchasing their product and how it would only last me a week. I told him that I was OK with what I got because I just wanted to test to see if I would continue using this. The sale rep proceeded to tell me “I guess you think you know what you’re doing“ to which I responded I suppose I do. He continued to tell me how I was wrong with what I was choosing, and when he realized that I was not going to buy a larger unit, he hanged up on me. I also ended up somehow magically subscribing to one of the diffusers. To which I already emailed and called to get me off of this subscription. I would never recommend this product to anyone and I don’t even have it in my house yet. The customer service is absolutely horrific.
Part of my order was missing
Part of my order was missing. I emailed in 3 times with no response. I also filled in their form online, no response. I called in and was transferred to 3 people and waited on hold for 45 minutes in between transfers to different departments. I have not had anyone resolve my issue. After 45 minutes I gave up. What a joke!! BUT somehow they have a customer service team waiting to talk to you when you first put your order through, calling me a few times to try to get me to upgrade. Its pretty wild!!
Faulty product and refusal to honour UK consumer rights
I bought a diffuser which was faulty, and returned for a replacement. The company failed to provide a replacement within a reasonable time, with no updates on product dispatch.
When I requested to cancel for a refund after waiting 25 days for a replacement, it was refused based on an internal 30-day return policy from the original purchase date, despite this being irrelevant for faulty goods under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The company continued to process a replacement I had declined, refused to pause shipping even though the product was still out of stock, and raised the prospect of restocking fees, none of which are lawful for faulty goods in the UK.
Communication was dismissive and responsibility repeatedly deflected. UK & global customers should proceed with caution.
They also operate under the name Hotel Collection, and provide the same level of customer service.
Do not purchase from here!!!
I tried to cancel the subscription three times and was told it was cancelled, only to have the order shipped and my credit card charged. They will call daily to get you to buy more. I asked the sales person to help me cancel, said he couldn't do it. I asked who could and he said customer service and then just hung up on me. Finally got it cancelled after literally having to cuss someone out to take me seriously.

I signed up for Aroma360’s VIP membership, and it’s anything but “VIP.” They’re quick to get you enrolled and take your money, but when you actually need support, it’s a completely different story. Customer service has been beyond frustrating, my concerns were dismissed instead of resolved.
The product itself is great and the oils smell amazing, but the service is terrible. For a company branding itself as “luxury,” this experience has been the opposite. Just read the reviews.

Horrible Customer Service; Aggressive sales tactics
I had difficulty canceling my subscription. They would verbally say that it was canceled then send me an email with ambiguous wording that meant "before we cancel, we need more info", stalling the cancelation. Their sales tactics are aggressive: constant emails, texts in the middle of the night, pressure on upselling, etc. But when it came to canceling, they dragged their feet and kept needing more info to process the cancelation.
Also, they will tell you that your subscription has already shipped and you have to go through these loops to return it and get your "refund".

The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. If this order is not resolved, I will dispute the charge with my bank.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I have attempted several times to cancel the business with this company. My latest attempt, on 14 January 2024, was the first time I was told I am unable to cancel the subscription service to be sent the oils provided by this company. I have been trying since about 60 days after the company coerced me into signing up for their subscription service to cancel to no avail. I attempted to continue the service, even though I have yet to use the products fully, but the company cannot even ship to my forwarding address as I am im the military and am moving to an overseas installation. The only resolution I was provided was to either keep having the packages sent to addresses I no longer inhabit until 2027, or pay in excess of $3K, none of which was elaborated on when signing me up for the subscription service I did not even originally intend to agree to. This company's practices are abhorrent and their customer service is abysmal. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Pure 100% scamming arse holes. The app shop which can be used to track and order products is just as bad. How can they use a website that is known as a scam or in liquidation. It's all beyond me. Our experience with Aroma360 was…
Our experience with Aroma360 was disappointing. After experiencing severe financial hardship and communicating business closure concerns, I submitted written requests to cancel our oil subscription.
Those requests were not acknowledged as cancellations, and billing through a third-party finance company continued. Communication did not result in a clear resolution or meaningful escalation.
I recommend other business owners carefully evaluate long-term obligations and financing terms before committing.
Dispute refunds
I ordered a couple Mini Pro’s and some oil in October 2025. I was immediately contacted by the company to go upgrade me to the Van Gogh with subscription. I accepted the upgrade but mentioned several times to cancel my previous order which they did not do so ended up with 3 units and $110 in delivery charges. It took 3 months, 71 pages of communications and 4 phone calls to get a partial credit in January of 2026. Of the $1,324 I spent on products they refunded $535.22. They said oils were missing which was not true, I used one 120ml oil which I returned the empty bottle, the other one is not true. I should have taken before and after pictures I guess. They refused to refund any of the Van Gogh unit as it was used. Why give a 30 day return then? Are you to see what it looks like on your shelf and then commit to the 36 month subscription? Complete scam! Also for fellow Canadians they charge in USD so exchange is painful! The $169 bottle of monthly oil is $244.80 CAD.
Amazing fragrance / Terrible customer service
Amazing fragrance, terrible subscription service. Never receive the fragrance on time, have to call every 3 months and pratically beg to receive what I've paid for. Had shipments lost and they make it extremely difficult to replace, it's been 3 months and nothing. If you buy don't get the subscription service they trap you for 3 years.
