I agreed to a 45 day trial period to a scent machine. I was told by the sales person that I could try different scents and if I did not like the machine I could return it no problem. I got the trial machine and could never get in touch with the sales person so I asked for a manager to handle problems I had with the machine. Manager took over and assured me I would have better service. He offered me discounts on oils and other coupons to keep the program. BEFORE THE TEIAL ENDED I WAS CHARGED AND THEN LATE FEES ON TOP OF THAT!
I sent formal notice 3 days before the trial end date and now they are telling me I cannot cancel. I am warning anyone thinking about this to real ALL reviews and BEWARE! I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY AFFILIATED COMPANIES.

This company is so available in the beginning to get you signed up, but once you’re signed up it is like pulling teeth to get in touch with anyone. If there’s any issues with the machine, it’s so hard to get in touch with anyone. You may make a tech appointment and no one calls you at your appointment time. Stay away!!!
This machine is very bad
This machine is very bad. They are extremely expensive, and the warranty is only 90 days for smaller ones and 12 months for larger ones like the DaVinci. They stop working properly as soon as they reach one year, and the company doesn’t repair or replace them, so you lose your investment.
Absolute No
They start out excellent trying to get your business- then after you sign up if you have any issue forget it. I have tried 5 tech appt trying to fix my machine over at least 4 months and no resolution even though it’s under warranty. I would NEVER recommend getting the home hvac unit because it’s a pain to get to when there is an issue. You can’t see the numbers that you are trying to reset and it’s too maintenance heavy and costly and never works. It now will go in the trash and im locked into another year contract with no machine.
Proceed with Caution - Run Away
I entered into a 36-month subscription agreement with Aroma360 for diffuser equipment and recurring scent oil shipments, which was marketed as a premium, “VIP-level” service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite and has involved ongoing issues over several months.
Shortly after installation, I began experiencing repeated equipment failures across multiple diffuser units. Some units did not function at all, while others were unreliable and difficult to operate. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I returned two devices in October 2025 following the company’s instructions. However, after returning the equipment, I did not receive timely confirmation of receipt, replacement devices, or meaningful follow-up for an extended period.
Despite not having functioning equipment or usable service, billing continued under the contract. This resulted in paying for a service I could not use.
In December 2025, after several escalation attempts, the company acknowledged the situation and committed in writing to provide replacement devices, replacement oil shipments, and a refund of $536. These commitments were not properly fulfilled in a timely or consistent manner. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to follow up multiple times to receive any updates.
Additionally, at least one oil shipment arrived severely damaged, with leakage that rendered the product unusable.
Between February and March 2026, I made multiple written requests to cancel the contract due to ongoing non-performance. These requests were not honored. Despite explicitly requesting that shipments stop, additional products were still sent.
Throughout this process, customer service was difficult to access, with extended hold times and limited resolution. Any progress that occurred seemed reactive rather than proactive.
After several months of attempting to resolve this directly and in good faith, I ultimately had to escalate the matter through formal complaints.
Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully review the terms and consider the potential challenges with service, support, and contract flexibility before entering into a long-term agreement.
TOTAL SCAMS!!!!
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER SHOPPED WITH OR SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION FOR BUT AI GUESS GOD WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS BECAUSE I ORDERD 3 machine from them got the insurance that comes with it but let’s just say never receive the machine or the scent oils after waiting almost 2 weeks didn’t even get a email saying it had shipped out with a tracking number or anything so the concierge person Kimberly emails and asks do I need help setting the new device up so I tell her like the device has not gotten here she says well if it doesn’t arrive later today call customer service they should be able to help with everything yea boy was she wrong I was prompted to go get a police report and then we will help in so many words asked for a supervisor was told one of was not available and they can take my info for a call back then was put on hold for 5 min half English speaking person comes bk to the line and says he has spoke with a supervisor over chat and they said etc etc I said well i thought you stated the supervisor wasn’t available after he did that hold rely message thing about 3 times so I said if they can continue to pass messages they can accept a supervisor call he then hangs up the phone on me and I receive a email I replied back to the email it’s funny how you all was so eager to help with getting me the device and subscription ready to submit to my every command but now it reverts to you all hanging up in my face after my money has been given.. so I proceeded to go get that police report submitted it and I cut all ties with this company after me calling in to verify they received the police report another sales person tells me he has to try to basically save me as customer Before he can cancel I said it’s no saving me I literally stayed on hold a hour and 30 in the mist of being hung up on this particular day as well and I tell him you will not be able to save me no matter what you say sir you alls customer service is trash and I refuse to deal with it every month big no thanks and I said if you can’t cancel I demand a supervisor who will cancel.. so he gets the supervisor the supervisor gets on the line starts out so kind and calm basically saying he knows I’m upset and he can give me a call 2ma once I’m calm and I’ve thought about it a little more I said no I’m not dealing with this another day go ahead with your offers to try and save me so after he rebuttals me like 4 times with percentages off he then says well ok I’ll have to send this police report to the shipping team to verify if it’s legit and then the cancellation request will be submitted I said wish wait why is it taking 14 days to cancel now you just confirmed that you all received said police report so and initially when calling in nobody said I would have to wait more days after uploading the report he says well that’s the process rude as heck now his true colors start to show because I declined all his offers I said see this is why I declined because you alls customer service is terrible and you all play fake role to get peoples money and don’t really care about you alls job fr I said where is the cancellation documents located or the process of the terms of agreement that shows the cancellation process he repeats you will get a email once it has been cancelled and money refunded and if you dnt have any other questions besides the one you have asked I’ll be releasing the call so I get upset then and yell I’m still going to ask the same question because you never answered I said I need those documents because I’ll be reaching out to my bank to dispute along with the police report you asked for in email and stated once I upload the money would be refunded and subscription cancelled! He says if no other questions thank you for calling aroma 360 and hangs up…PLEASE PLEASE GO WIT A DIFFERENT COMPANY SCENTIMENT PERHAPS ANYBODY BUT THESE PEOPLE LUCKILY I GOT REFUNDED 2 days after this because he emailed after he hung up in my face and I sent a piece of my mind in that email back but STILL WAITING the email saying subscription is cancelled I think I’ll be requesting a new card so no other charges happen on my card BUT BEAWARE YOU ALL THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMS!!!

The order was placed on March 22, 2026, using the email address. I chose to order this product because I already possess a similar item. Unfortunately, upon receiving the diffuser, I found it was missing the refill bottle and cotton core.
After contacting your customer service team, I was informed that an upgrade had been implemented, which requires a monthly subscription to purchase the plastic components and scents. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the misleading information on your website, which did not clearly indicate that an upgrade had occurred or that failure to subscribe would result in an inability to obtain scents.
When I requested a complimentary oil as compensation for the inconvenience and miscommunication, my request was declined. Furthermore, when I sought a refund for my purchase, I was informed that I would receive only half of the total price. Specifically, I would be responsible for the return shipping label cost and a 20% restocking fee, and I was advised that the shipping charge would not be refunded. My total expenditure was $54.02, so I will receive a refund of $25.31.
I find this response unsatisfactory, and it reflects poor business practices and inadequate customer service. In light of this experience, I have decided not to make any future purchases from your company.
Extremely Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Communication
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Aroma360 that I feel others should be aware of.
My account was sent to collections for over $5,000 due to four missed payments that I was never made aware of. At no point did I receive proper notification—no emails, no phone calls, and no mailed correspondence. Come to find out, they had the wrong email address on file, yet there were still no attempts to reach me by any other method.
Instead of working with me or even giving me the opportunity to resolve the issue directly, my contract was cancelled and the balance was sent straight to collections. I was forced to pay the full amount just to protect my credit, which put me in a very difficult position financially.
This situation could have easily been avoided with basic communication and customer service. Sending an account to collections without making a genuine effort to notify the customer is unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Aroma360. I will also be exploring legal options regarding how this was handled.

High pressure sales tactics; relentless, that make you feel pressured and overwhelmed with all the confusing information they give you in order to make you sign. They confuse you with how you’re going to save money with the VIP program and that’s a scam. The scents are good but not worth the money, there are other alternatives in the marketplace. What a mistake dealing with this dishonest company. I’ve reported them to the BBB and will also report them to the Florida Consumer Office of the Attorney General.

“ I'm checking on the status of my order. I have not gotten any notification regarding it. Order #A1937889. I have reached out once and I received a replacement. When I received it the oil was spilled out of the package. I called back and the rep claimed she put in a reorder for me. I even sent pictures of the damaged oil package. I never received confirmation and needless to say I never received the oil. I use been trying to reach out to customer service and I’m on hold for 2 hours. I want a refund or the product. Either way I will never order from Aroma360 again. I was seriously thinking about buying a diffuser for my new apartment. That thought is now out the window. This is horrible customer service. I need someone to respond to my email or this will become bigger than an oil tha cost a little over $20. This is ridiculous.”

I’ve spent over $150 with Aroma360 and ran into repeated shipping issues that support did not properly resolve.
After placing my first order, I contacted them immediately to correct the shipping address. That request was ignored, and the package was still sent to the wrong location.
On a second order, the same issue occurred. Support initially told me they would work with their shipping team and follow up, but later reversed course and said it was “too late” and that I needed to deal with the carrier myself.
I ultimately had to reroute the shipment on my own to avoid losing the product entirely.
The product may be positioned as premium, but the customer support experience did not match that standard.
Bad Product - Bad Customer Service
I purchased a unit as a Christmas gift & it stopped working before the end of January. It took me over a month to get a replacement (after I called about it) & they sent me a refurbished unit. I purchased a new unit & expected to have a new one as a replacement. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company!

I signed up for an Aroma360 oil…
I signed up for an Aroma360 oil subscription that was supposed to include 3 bottles of 50 mL every 3 months, for a total of 150 mL per cycle. After I started the subscription, Aroma360 changed the bottle size from 50 mL to 30 mL. That means if they continue sending only 3 bottles, I will now be receiving just 90 mL instead of 150 mL.
That is a major reduction in product volume while the subscription price and overall arrangement remain essentially the same. In my view, existing subscribers should have either been grandfathered into the original volume or adjusted to receive the equivalent amount, which would be 5 bottles of 30 mL per cycle.
What makes this more frustrating is the claim that the new 30 mL pods are somehow more concentrated or efficient. If that is true, the company should provide clear, measurable evidence. From a customer’s perspective, it looks like I am simply paying the same for less product.
This feels deceptive and unfair to loyal subscribers who signed up for a specific quantity and value. I would like Aroma360 to honor the original subscription volume or provide an equivalent adjustment.
The customer service is ABYSMAL
The customer service is ABYSMAL. I have a large VanGogh machine and 4 mini-pros. I have the “VIP Concierge” service that I pay for monthly, I still can’t get a customer service call to result in any resolve on ANYthing. I had a “rep” answer the phone and take AN HOUR to place an order for oils when 2 of my 3 autoship oils never arrived. In the middle of the call he starts CURSING at someone in the room. When I asked him what is going on that would make him do that he said “I’m sorry, it’s Friday, you know how it is.” I’m sorry WHAT?!?! I called again and asked for a supervisor and was told they couldn’t get a supervisor because they were “all in a meeting”. Really? The 6p on a Friday all supervisor meeting? This company has become total trash still branding itself as luxury. I was sent a defective unit and told I would receive the replacement as soon as I sent the unit back. They now have had my defective unit and my original payment for WEEKS without sending me a new unit: this place is a SCAM.
