My visit from start to finish was great, I was greeted as I walked in which I always think is a great start! A lovely lady called Kate helped me with fits of t shirts and then some trainers
The lovely girl at the fitting room was super chatty and grabbed me another size (I forgot her name, sorry)

Hi, just wanted to give some feedback on the A-Tech 18’s. I was lucky enough to get invited on Friday to the new store opening in Manchester and got a pair of them in the Navy and Green colour way. Look class on feet but I took them to London with me for the weekend and never had any issue in them at all. Must have done about 12-15 mile of walking in them which is amazing for a shoe that looks like that, normally you’d have to wear some type of running shoe if you was doing that amount of walking. But ye just wanted to say they are amazing, so versatile and you’s have knocked it out the park. Might have to buy myself another pair soon as they are that good. Please don’t change a thing about them easily the best shoe you have done, can’t wait to see what you have in store next 👍🏻

Sadly this is my third online gift order that I’m disappointed with. My son loves this brand and has said to me before that when buying ARNE clothing you have to buy the clothes in store as the online product quality is always a bit hit and miss due to being returned by customers and and sent straight out unchecked. I’ve had bodily hairs stains and sticky nasty clothing bags and can’t just be that unlucky! The online store really needs to do better 3 stars is v generous! My son is in America studying atm so the clothes are gifts and I don’t have time to keep returning so I’m sending my last order out to him and am gutted with the presentation and condition of the outfit which looks worn and very creased but I don’t want to miss his birthday. Please try harder as this really lets your brand down! 😢

Great experience at ARNE Manchester today, real buzz around the store opening, extremely helpful and friendly staff, safe to say I’ll definitely be back for more.

As with any new store opening a few teething issues, a digital system for requesting a shoes might help, as there isn’t a clear way for the team to identify the name or price of the shoes

I went to the Manchester store opening last night with my sister. The store is lovely and so were the staff and I managed to make a few quality purchases. It was a lovely gesture by Arne to give something back to their customers. I received a goodie bag that included an Arne newspaper that had a photograph,taken at the recent Liverpool event,; it was a surprise to see that my sister has become the shoulder of Arne and I have become the hands of Arne 🤣. If you require any more modelling jobs feel free to contact our agent 😂. I’ve never had anything but positive experiences with this company; keep up the excellent work.
