Wouldn't even give it 1 star but you have no choice when leaving a review. John Armstrong is awful and rude. The way he spoke to me as a 8 month pregnant woman who was held in custody for 24 hours was disgusting. Practically told me I'm going to prison for something he would not allow me to explain to him or discuss properly. Which is not happening and my charges were all dropped. Of course I changed solicitors. He also shouted at me on the phone and would only talk about sorting legal aid and did not want to actually hear anything about the case. Thank god I changed solicitors as I feel he would not have represented me well and did not care about the outcome for me or my unborn baby. He only cared about getting paid. Awful firm I would not recommend them to my worst enemy

Armstrong Solicitors handled the purchase of our new property. It was a complicated case - they were thorough and professional and when we met face-to-face to sign contracts, they were genuinely interested in providing the best service. Would definitely use again.

We used Armstrong Solicitors to handle the sale of our late mothers property and whilst they got the job done there was an awful lot of chasing, and an awful lot of information we had to gather ourselves.

Never anyone available to speak to. Promise to call back all the time and never do. Sent me confidential documents belonging to 2 other clients of theirs by mistake. Appalling service. Would not recommend.
