I couldn’t believe how easy it was to sell 2 of my handbags with armcandyco. All the staff I dealt with were very professional and there had been no pressure at all to price drop in order to achieve a quick sale. A big thank you to Tamara and Izzy and you will absolutely be my go to if I am looking to sell any more handbags in the future.

I have just sold my first bag with Armcandy and cannot rate them highly enough. Tamara is very passionate and this shows in her friendly and upbeat communication style. The video’s are great and work so much better than photos and my bag was sold within 48hrs of going live. I got the price I wanted and none of the hassle which comes with selling yourself via eBay! Definitely worth the fee.

My 1st purchase with Armcandy - an Aspinal Bag - OMG they are amazing - other retailers would do well to study them. Not only was the bag shown on line there was a video whereby every inch of the bag was described. The bag is pre loved so l expected some flaws. Honestly the flaws are miniscule/insignificant but were still pointed out in the video.
The order was placed late on Saturday and arrived Tuesday really well boxed with a charming thank you note and a 'chocolate treat'
Whats not to like - l would buy again from them without hesitation!

My messages were immediately answered with friendly honest replies
I received my package today. Absolutely delighted. Well packaged, with a lovely handwritten note of thanks. And a box of chocolates. A really lovely little touch. Made it feel so personal and special.

The terms and conditions of selling my bag were made very straightforward and easy. Once the bag had sold, Tamara contacted me immediately and I had payment within 48 hours ! Couldn’t have been a simpler process with great communication.

I just wanted to say what a fantastic service I received from Tamara and her team.
I am relatively new to buying from a pre-loved website, but my experience was perfect from start to finish .
I liaised via e-mail prior to my purchase and received prompt and friendly replies.
I ordered my bag on a Thursday evening and it was in the post Friday and delivered the next day.
It was to be a Christmas present, so my husband opened the outer box ,to find a lovely handwritten message and a small box of chocolates.
On opening my present, I found it was as it would have been originally purchased with the ribbon wrapped around the box.
Even my husband , who has no interest in bags at all and thinks I have far too many already, was impressed with the packaging and the condition of the bag. I t looks brand new.
I want to thank Armcandy , for their attention to detail and personal touches.
I absolutely love my Gucci bag.

A good first time experience with Armcandy. They responded to my emails within a reasonable time frame when I queried about another bag I was interested in on their website. When my package came, it was in a well packaged box- no plastic used for those that care about reducing the usage of plastic. My bag was wrapped in its dust bag. The bag was exceptionally good quality. You cannot tell that it's a pre-loved bag. A lovely surprise was hidden in the package which was some lovely lindt chocolate and a hand written note. Overall an unforgettable experience. Will definitely purchase again should something on their website catch my fancy. Thank you Armcandy.

I've recently purchased a bag from Arm Candy Bag Co online, which has been really convenient for me as I don't live close to the shop. The YouTube videos are great and definitely make buying online alot easier.
It was so lovely to receive my bag with a personal message inside and a little treat.

What a Brilliant Service - I can honestly say that my experience was second to none.
I first became aware of Armcandy Bag Co when I stumbled across the shop in Market Harborough a few months ago. Being curious, I went in and had such a lovely chat with Tamara. What impressed me immediately was the way she cared about the quality of the bags being sold - but more importantly than that - I could see she genuinely cared about her customers getting the bag of their dreams.
I immediately signed up to receive updates of new bags as they arrived and quickly learnt that - if you see a bag you want – grab it quickly before it gets snapped up by someone else.
That’s exactly what I did when I saw the Louis Vuitton Ellipse - not even taking time to view the video before putting it in my basket – instinctively knowing that I could trust the quality and price to be spot on.
Placing my order was a slick and easy process and my excitement was uncontainable when my parcel arrived sooner than anticipated. All expectations were totally surpassed as I took possession of my beautiful bag - there was no way this would be going back. The personal note from Izzy and the chocolates enclosed were just another lovely touch to what had already been a delightful experience.
I apologise for the length of this review – but wanted to do justice to the service I received. I just hope that you too manage to get the bag of your dreams from Armcandy.

A truly wonderful concept to reuse high end luxury bags at a reasonable price. I love luxury bags and have always been a fan of sustainable fashion for many years. I have on occasion had an urge to splurge and then realised I now no longer need or just don’t have the same desire for the item, as when first purchased. ARMCANDY (Tamara & Co.) have got this right and I love the ease to navigate the website and also recently started following the stories on IG.

The videos that are made are very informative and provide and insight into the bag, something that I don’t think can always be captured in just a picture. The bag I purchased although had minor signs of wear, I would say was soo minimal and in a wonderful condition. The other huge plus for me is the confidence in the authenticity of an item, knowing that the item comes with documentation, dust bag and any other supporting items is a huge plus for me.

I am now in the process of selling some of my luxury bags, which are now no longer needed to make space for some more beauties that I will most definitely buy from ARMCANDY!

Thank you for a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to take my bag on some new adventures. I love to think it has already been to some exotic faraway places so I can add some more places to the list and give it a new lease of life!
