Ordered Men's Leather Dress Shoes Slip on Elastic Strap Shoes for $43, I didn’t expect premium quality, but I did expect basic durability.

Unfortunately, these shoes lasted only about 1.5 months before the sole completely broke apart and became unusable. Also, the shoes as advertised are stitched, but in reality they are not. This is misleading and gives customers the wrong impression about the quality and I am very disappointing.

Unfortunately, this was my first order and it will also be my last. Highly not recommending these products.

Another Chinese crap stealing your money.
Literally, I've followed along l, requested refund on day 1 when I received the crap due to not fitting and they wait 15+days to respond with "please refer to return policy" basically saying I've passed the 15 day mark.
Literally Thieves.. hope karma is in their favor.

I've read the other reviews on this page and have to say my experience with Arkget has been great. The sandals I purchased looked as good in hand as they did in the photos online, the fit is just fine and I just ordered another pair in a different color. I'm ready for summer!

The mens shoes are flimsy with no support and very thin soles. More like slippers than shoes. No customer support. I tried to return them but was ghosted by customer support after i emailed that i didnt want a different size. Total scam.

Here's why I wasn't dissapointed. The first thing I did was to try to locate the company's location. If you select contact support it tells you it's in China. That way you know and that's not to say that because it's in China it's going to be bad. My second step was to research reviews by customers and that brought me here. I read enough to know I wasn't going to buy their shoes. The shoes looks great but you never know what you're getting when you buy from a company you don't know and don't have access to in your region.

Purchased a pair of shoes that were absolutely horrible. No support whatsoever and caused foot pain after one day of wearing. I even added an additional pair of insoles, but they didn't help. I contacted them, and they gave me an address IN CHINA, even though the shoes were sent from a U.S. address. At the post office I learned that it would cost $20.00 MORE than the cost of the shoes to ship them back. Sent them an email and asked if this was there way of getting out of giving refunds, and that I had purchased other items from a company in China, that when I was dissatisfied with an item, would either send a pre-paid label, or most of the time just issue a refund without the need to send the item back, they did not respond. If you'd rather not throw your money away, do not buy from this company.

Update 11/13/24: Finally heard back from the company. They offered a $15.00 refund on a pair of shoes that cost $60.00. I sent them an email asking for a full refund, stating this was in no way a fair offer due to the cost of the shoes and especially since they can not be worn and have to be thrown away. Waiting, waiting, waiting, for a response.

Update 11/21/24: There has been no reply regarding my request for a full refund. They obviously have no integrity and do not care about their customers whatsoever. Once again I will warn everyone not to buy anything from this company.

Complete scam. Ordered sandals May 17. It's July 1 and no word much less product.

I bought some sandals and they are absolute junk. They are uncomfortable and you can feel the lines across the inside of the soles through the inserts. They said I could send them back but it is over $30 to ship them back to China and the sandals were only $50. That is really unreasonable. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I bought what look like super cute shoes except that their size chart is COMPLETELY WRONG making the shoes completely unusable. After contacting the company to arrange an exchange, I was totally ghosted by them. Based in China, they only care about getting your money, will not deliver on what they advertise and are only out to take your money! Be Warned.

Stay away! I ordered a pair of sandals and they're the wrong size and they're very poorly made. The company won't do anything. Also the company is in China, so that explains a lot. Please don't shop here
