AGS Hosting have been hosting game servers for 4 years now. We started on ARK only and by customer demand, we have added many more games since then and now employ 5 people. We focus on reliability, customer service and friendly support.
AGS is one of the worst, if not the worst, game hosting providers. Technically incompetent and dishonest.
They do not understand how the various game servers actually work, and PayPal had to force judgement against AGS for what was clearly a warranted and proper refund.
I warn you. You will not be able to tolerate their server hosting, and your money will be wasted.

Well starting with my first day no email as to account set up or anything so I opened a ticked , lots of response for the ticked so the support personnel were very good. But somehow their email were not being sent or getting through to me I checked everything I could from my end blocked spam folder everything. So I decided to cancel the service. Well now that it was forwarded to accounts Dead silence I have to use their ticket system to communicate and even that has no replies. Not sure if they are fly by night or just having issues. USE CAUTION dealing this these folks!
Instead of dealing with the issues I get this:

Ask yourself this How many others have they done this to, so as to keep their rating higher?
I recently purchased a multi server service through AGS hosting and even though I have many years of experience in setting up Ark dedicated servers, I did run into a few issues along the way. I was attempting to set up an API mod and was unable to upload a certain file. At the time I didn't know this was due to restrictions of access that had to be lifted, but I submitted a support ticket and was happily surprised that it was answered almost instantly. John Knight quickly resolved my issue and activated the permissions needed to continue the process I was in. He was very prompt and knowledgeable. Overall a fantastic experience and I am very pleased with the support that this server host has provided thus far.
the server was lagging that change our IP 3 time.... and no effect. Every time that said that new mashing was set up wrong and we need a new one.

Server performance is incredible, never had a single issue regarding ping or FPS and I run weekly events for 100+ players on Rust (packed with PvP). Control panel is easy to use once you get comfortable with it and the pricing is good, definitely recommend.
I was interested in getting the game changed on my server, I was contacted by Rylan via the AGS Support System, They were polite and cordial, they helped me know my options and potential fees that I might incur. Once I asked to go ahead, the changes were made within 10 minutes which is amazing to me.
I'd highly recommend the services provided here.
I had problems to connect to the server. But I used the Tiket system and got the first text back in under 3 minuts, wich was really helpfull. The suport people where really nice and could help me through my problems in no time.

Great customer service and documentation. Customer services responds within 5-15 minutes each time and consistently - which is great. Their welcome email includes helpful links and their site is littered with tons of other helpful FAQ and info.

Server uptime is great, customer-service is fast. Really fast. The UI is missing customizability, but it's functional and you have file-access through the UI so you can basically host as you would've done from your own local servers.
John Knight was extremely helpful and always found the best solution to my tickets! He was quick and efficient!

AGS support has been very consistent overall. Any issue I have had has either been easily fixed on my own with the help of their extensive knowledgebase or addressed professionally and promptly by a representative. I have been especially impressed with how quickly responses come in, especially very late at night and on weekends. I will do all of my server hosting through AGS in the future :-)
My Ticket was responded to in a timely manner over multiple interactions. I was very appreciative of the quick fix option being presented to simply start a new server. Rather than waste both of our time and start trying to troubleshoot my issue which could've taken much more time, I was simply offered the option early to just have a new server started up. To me that meant that support not only was willing to be honest about giving me a quicker fix which was the best option for me, but it also felt like they actually read my ticket and to actually understood what I wanted rather than simply following a protocol and starting at a standard step 1 and moving from there to possibly arrive at the same solution much later.
I've used AGS Hosting a few times whenever I get the itch to play Ark with a friend and I've always had a great time with them.
They're very affordable and honestly one of the cheaper (Cheapest?) hosting service I've personally been able to find.
Their control panel is also very simple and easy to use so nothing to say there. It does everything it's supposed to do well. I've also never experienced server trouble, very good uptime and no lag.
What makes me really enjoy AGS Hosting over all the other competitors though, and I'm not just talking about the affordable pricing, is the lightning-quick customer support.
While I haven't had to open many tickets, the few that I have opened were answered within the hour with exactly the information and help I needed. No automated messaging pointing to a "knowledge bank" that never seem to fix the problem. Actual help from a real human, within the hour with exactly what's needed to fix the problem.
I very much recommend them.
5 star support response time I have not had to wait more then 30 minutes great service with no issues, had problem with my cluster fixed in 20 minutes then a problem with downloading chatacters and fixed within minutes before i could even check the support ticket page. Very friendly staff and easy to use user console my only problem has been not knowing i had to ask staff to cluster up my server would be nice to have message or button that told you/took you to support to ask the staff
Thanks for setting my dedicated up so fast. Rob was great. Even refunded my fast setup as it was ten minutes over the time. Thanks guys.
