I have ordered for over a year from Arkenzoon. 9/10 times the order has been delayed because of Postnord failure. This is the only way they are prepared to deliver cat litter, even though I am prepared to pay with Airmee or Best. I find this lack of customer service shocking.

Our local Arken is in (ICA Maxi) Borås.
Staff are always both incredibly helpful as well as knowledgable.
Our dog is (probably more) welcome to come in to store and pick out his toys, get treats and cuddles.
Passionate staff and a great selection of products.

Absolute prime quality and good experience on-store, personnel is super nice and helpful, also very knowledgeable.
Haven't used the website though, since they have a store very close to us.

Arken zoo has hid all reviews and comments on their website Which goes against marketing laws giving false views of their service and website. My dog was nearly blinded by the new inexperienced hire by Arkenzoo Odenplan. The groomer is named Engla.We have found out We are not the only ones! Our neighbors had the exact catastrophe!

when we picked up our puppy he was going CRAZY like he’s never done before, he was hitting his face constantly into the ground. When i got home with him he couldnt open his Eyes. He had hornhinnesår in both Eyes - possibly ”toxist/kemist betingat”. We rushed him to the emergency room and both eyes were very bad. 2 weeks of antibiotics and eye drops every 2 hours 24/7 and we saved his eyesight but it Will never be the same. He is a 1 year old PUPPY!

The manager Ted, of course Said that there was No way, that as a business they Even ”Dilute” the shampoo to be more profitable so its not as strong, and that the groomer has never had any peoblems. He also Said that ”external use” the package says only means to not swallow, but i told him this of course means to not get in the eyes, Ears or mouth and he disagreed on the meaning or ”external usage only” which i though was common knowledge. Ingela also Denied having done anything. They showed No empathy for a dog that had been sitting on a grooming table with his eyes burning for 3 hours. They Said he showed No signs of discomfort but How can he when he is tied up on a table high off the ground? The moment he got off the table he was hysterical. A groomer Should be trained to spot when the dog is in distress and she Even called and Said she was unable to blow dry his face because he was hysterical and now We know Why. The products that were used were ”TOPLINE GENTLE” not so gentle.

The only Ones that had empathy were the headquarters of arken zoo. As mentioned, another dog the same week had the same story. We are lucky to have bypassed the queue at the animal hospital to get our puppy help, but this was horrible. Watch out, our animals are our children and my child has been permanently injured!

Its irresponsible of the company to hire inexperienced No neglegent groomers. We have still yet to receive an apology from the groomer herself or the manager.
