I had a new fuse box fitted today by Mike B and I have to say what a great job and what a great guy too!!! Job was done in a super efficient time scale with minimal disruption and everything cleaned and tidied before he left. Also helped me sort out my wifi so I could continue to work throughout - so helpful!!!!

The electrician Mack that came today was brilliant. He was professional but friendly and listened to me. He was very helpful and explained everything he was doing. He gave the all clear on one socket but also checked my fuse box as it often randomly trips. On inspection he could see at least 4 faults from when it was installed and has recommended what action should be taken next for which I am very grateful. Would be happy to recommend him to others.

I recently had Ark Electrical Testing come over for a safety inspection of my home's electrical system, and I was really impressed with their service. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, the team was friendly and professional, helping me reschedule due to my schedule being unpredictable.
When the technician arrived,Ben C, he was punctual and clearly knew his stuff. Ben was friendly and made me feel at ease, even though had completely forgotten about the appointment 😬.
The whole testing process was smooth, fast and thorough.
Overall, I felt that Ark Electrical Testing and Ben C did a thorough job, and their attention to detail really put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable electrical testing services.
