I invested in Boulevard view project, the Handover date was expected in October 2024. Now it's March 2026 and progress rate is only 25% !!!
Construction fully stopped since October 2025.
When I asked them to pay me the delay penalties, they told me it will be paid only after handover!!!
It’s now June 2025, and still no handover for the Alwadi building in Alyasamin City. 18 months have passed since the promised delivery date, and not a single clear update has been communicated to us.
Customer service is completely unresponsive and fails to provide any real-time framework or progress report. This shows a serious lack of respect for client commitments.
We expect serious action from top management and immediate clarification. If the company cannot meet its obligations, then a full refund should be an option, regardless of contract terms.
Clients deserve better than empty promises and silence. Disappointed and still waiting.
