Bought the knife block. Excellent company to deal with, communicated regularly with me throughout the whole process. Answered emails promptly, sent me regular tracking updates. Great quality product and cheaper than anywhere else. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. Thank you so much - a very happy customer from Scotland 😀

Will not ever use again, been waiting over a month for a nice set to arrive, all I get is generic answers saying it’s on its way, disgusting Service total waste of time it’s amazing how the company is still in business
Going to contact my credit card company for a charge back and get my money back at least

Bought Smeg knives. Heard nothing for weeks. Website tracker says ‘order fulfilled’ I will be now contacting bank as fraud.

site said i would receive item express, i did not reached out to them and they would not reply. I then get a msg from DHL that i have to pay to receive it i reached out to them again for them to say if its returned to them and i do not pick it up they will only refund me 50% its crazy that that's when i get a email from them. Never again i do not even want this item anyone I'm so dissatisfied with this experience.

I purchased a coat from Aria Moda and all I want is an exchange. I have been sending messages and emails but have received no response. I even tried the live chat feature, but to no avail. If the company is not responding, it suggests poor customer service and raises concerns about the legitimacy of their business practices.

It is total scam. Don't buy anything from this website. I tried to make a return, so I contacted Aria Moda through its website, on the Facebook page and Instagram, but got no answer at all. They are still posting pictures on Instagram, but wouldn't answer my question.

Scam. Never received my order and they won’t answer emails. Do not trust.

They took my money and didn't deliver the goods and they don't answer my e-mails or refund me!

bought two Victoria fur vests-2 white and 1 black and Dayna hot pink 00% Real Fur Parka. SUPER SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY , so am ordering other two full fur coats.

Last year I ordered a fur coat from Aria Moda. Now about to order the 2nd one. The furs are very beautiful and of excellent quality! I recommend with great confidence.

I have been trying to get in contact with aria moda for 2 months nearly 3 now and they are not answering me. I exchanged my coat but they didn’t send me what I asked for and now no one is answering my emails or even Instagram. Don’t buy from them. I spent so much on my jacket , ordered it for January and am yet to receive it.

First of all they send me the false coat! Then they send me the half price from the shipping cost and send me the right coat in size s which is too big for me
So I send it back and send me the first false coat again (?!)
They told me they would send me the shipping cost back but twice they lied!!!
They are scammer!! They don’t answer and don’t send the money back

Do not buy from this company. A £600 jacket came looking like the cheapest nastiest coat I’ve ever seen. I returned it and they will not refund me and keep saying they will update me. Terrible terrible company who basically steel money from you……stay clear

Please read my last email to Aria Moda as the last attempt to get my money back!!:

"As per my previous emails and to avoid further legal action I really appreciate that you proceed to the total amount refund.

I have placed an order on December 27th and has per your order records Express Shipping is free!!

As per your request on Dec 28th you have asked me my measurements which I have provided and at the same time because I was trying to get in touch with you and no feedback by email, phone or instagram, on the same email I have asked you to cancel the order and the answer was:

I would be happy to answer this for you. I tried to cancel this for you but keep in mind that the order can be cancelled only up to 2 hours after it has been placed because after that all the material has been ordered and the production has already begun. Once you receive it let us know if you still wish to return it and we will provide you with further instructions.

How come the jacket was already in production if you didn't have my measurements?

I kept insisting on cancelling the order and you didn't allowed for it so you have shipped the coat. I have asked several times about your return and refund terms and conditions and the answer was always that the refund was possible without the shipping fee.

The coat arrived in a different model, so it was not the model that I have ordered.

I have returned the coat, paid the shipping fee to send it to China despite your office is in the UK and once again in your terms and conditions is not state that the returns need to be made to China.

Amicably at last but not the least I ask you for the full refund for the reasons listed above and also because there were not shipping fees listed on the order neither on your terms and conditions.

Please proceed accordingly as soon as possible."

Absolutely disgraceful!! 2 weeks later after placing an order, it wasn’t still sent and pay by PayPal if you want to have any chance of refund!

I love my fur coats, the quality was excellent, the colors are the same at the picture on the page , I so in love with my pieces , and now I gonna get another one .. my 4 piece in one week !!!!! Thanks a lot ..

Received my jacket today I like the way it looks!
I would say the quality of the jacket itself is average, although the fur looks great which make the overall jacket look really good on. The color is different than what is seen on insta or website( looks lighter) but I don’t mind it.
I find the branding very poor for the price I paid.
No branding on the jacket
Came in a cheap plastic bag without even a branding
No brand liflet
Also I had to ask them an update on my delivery as I had not received my tracking details thankfully they used DHL so they eventually provided me with the details and the delivery was smooth.
