I parked at Birmingham with maple meet and greet on my return my car had been scratched on the bonnet and the rear bumper. I was so upset I expected them to deny it had happened take weeks months to resolve. I couldn’t be more wrong. It was dealt with by Santino Montante who completely took all the hassle out of it, immediately arranged for the repairs and once I sent the quote he was immediately back in touch to get it sorted for me. I was so upset ky car had been damaged however the way it was handled was absolutely brilliant and I’d use them again knowing that if anything did go wrong it would be handled professionally. My car was damaged while under valet parking at LHR. The parking company informed me immediately while I was on holiday and sent pictures. I authorized the repair to be carried out while I was away. On my return everything had been satisfactorily dealt with and there were no issues. All completely hassle free as far as I was concerned.

My car was damaged at Heathrow parking while I was on holiday. The airport company admitted fault and referred me to Accident Repairs Heathrow. I had an excellent experience with them. They asked me to get quotes from local garages, and once a price was agreed upon, the repairs were carried out efficiently. While my car was in the garage, I arranged a courtesy car, and all expenses were fully compensated. The process was smooth, and I highly recommend their services.

I can't praise enough how great ARH were with my issue. I had an issue with my car after leaving it at Heathrow airport Valet parking. Once ARH got involved, it was probably the best customer service I've ever received! Santino at ARH responded promptly to all emails, made practical suggestions and paid out invoices the same day! I only wish all customer service was this good. Obviously I don't want to have any problems at Heathrow again, but if I do, I would 100% be confident it will be sorted without fuss. Thanks guys
