Ordered an electric mincer; at checkout the price changed to us currency, then they added sales tax, which made the purchase highly undesirable. Sleazy.

Bought an item that was advertised as a way to watch NFL football games. I can’t watch anything with it and the Cody app that is on it requires passwords that they did not send. I think with all the bad reviews it’s time to report this Chinese company to the FTC and FBI for fraud.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing their
Reusable Diamond Weave Scrubber Cloths. Fortunately, the cost was low so the scam didn't hurt too much. This is a disreputable company. Along with the product that didn't work, they enclosed a thank you note with an email address for support. The email bounced back as the support address was bogus.

I received my charts, but not the one on how to cook the meals(ingredients) That would have been helpful, but was not included.

I ordered "highly magnetic" screwdriver bits. When received I found that they were just barely magnetic (think maybe lift a couple of pins) Not only that one of the bits had not been properly machined and only had a cone shaped tip.
So called customer service was evasive and as useful as a pocket in a sock.

This company is a scam. Highly advise against any purchase from them. They do not deliver. Customer Service is horrible. I ordered an item and I have yet to receive it. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Save yourself the hassle. Don’t buy from them.

Bought a hoodie off these guys, never received the hoodie. They insisted that it had been delivered but had no proof. Then they give you a tracking number to a company that I’ve never heard of in Australia.
Ultimately out of pocket over $60 and didn’t receive anything.

For anybody wishing to purchase items from this source should reconsider.
Their return policy involves a credit on their site only.
They also say you cannot return an item after 30 days from purchase. Therefore they dont begin the shipping until after the 30 days. They aslo have an untrustworthy website. So do your self a favour and shop elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I regret ordering from this company. Like many others, I still have not rec'd my order and it is going on 2 months for a christmas decoration. Said it was in transit and still in transit. Dishonest company, not helpful people. Customers want to be told the truth, if you messed up own up to it and be transparent and make it right. Feel bad for the workers, must be a horrible work environment.

After the company scamming me out of a sale price. The only way I knew was because of my bank statement. The item still is not here. This company should not be in business. Or they scam people until they need to change company name and then continue the scam

I bought an Electric ratchet set I received a cheap ratchet set that was not electric I contacted support many times and they kept on saying they sent the correct item. However, I have the receipt which states the electric ratchet set. It took a long time to receive although it came from a Sydney warehouse, not the US They offered at first a $7US Then offered a $10US refund I wanted a Full refund of AUD$84.64. Looks like I have to get help with this

I purchased a Christmas Decoration from them based on their listing that said it was shipped from the US. There was also an option to expedite the order, which I paid for

Weeks later , still no product

Their customer service team told me on several occasions that they couldn’t cancel the order and refund my money because the product had already shipped

At week 4, they just now updated the status to shipped, and it’s coming from China

Their website lied about it being shipped from the US

They lied to me several times about the product already being shipped

It certainly won’t arrive before Christmas

They refuse to refund me my money

PayPal also doesn’t seem to care

I ordered earphones. I have Never received them. I paid with PayPal. I will report to Pay Pal.

Absolute scam. I have emailed over 20 times asking where on my receipt does it show that I do not qualify for discount. I bought an item which I still have not received a month gone by. My summary shows sale price but they charged me the retail price. I asked why and every email from them says same thing. Sorry but our records indicate you do not qualify for discount. Ove 20 emails

Beautiful design and sturdy build, though a bit larger variety of colors would be great.

I like the clips performance overall, but a tighter grip and color variety could enhance the user experience.

What a load of crap!! Ordered the hoodie with QR code guess what it doesn't work. I got a small size hoodie not the 3xs I ordered. I had to stay on them about shipping it. So no it's not worth money and the people in the advertisement should be ashamed for stealing money from people.

I placed this order, 10999S301794, on November 4th and paid through PayPal. As of today the item has yet to be shipped. I have tried contacting the seller via the email address provided on the website and it will not open. This Website is a scam. I have reported it to PayPal in an effort to resolve the issue.

The company sent me an email with a tracking number date 7 days ago. I attempted to do a track and received a message saying "No Such Tracking Number" This company is a scam. I only wish I had seen the earlier reviews. Stay away wfrom them.
