My experience with a terrible manager.
This is a summary of what happened, a friend recommended this host to me and their manager was just plain disrespectful and couldn't care for the sale at all whatsoever, This manager spoke profanities towards me and my staff members along with being a general troll and was not doing this company any sort of good. I purchased a proxy server from them and it got refunded. Props to the owner, Alex as they took action after the ordeal and fired the manager.
I recommend their service as they(at the time) had great specs for servers.
Q: Why the 1 star review then?
A: Because this is my experience with Argon Hosting, many others have great experiences so if you're interested you should give them a try!

Hello! We are very thankful for your review, although we don't really think it belongs here since it is biased and flawed.
First of all, you say our manager is a "troll". While he did joke on the price, in the context that the group was discussing, the price was evidently lower.
While we do agree that Pokey's behaviour was not to the standards of a staff member, we can guarantee that his interactions with the people interested/using our products are not negative.
You then reference how "yet his moderator/support rep said "he does that a lot+ flex a butt ton as his parents are millionaire", yet you seem to conveniently forget how that same staff member admitted that pokey doesn't have issues with any of our guests/clients. For the second part, there really is nothing wrong, as it is his business he discloses at his will to the staff team and not the customers.
We did apologize for our manager's behaviour and we guarantee that this will not happen in the future.
Another thing that is worth mentioning is that you did not purchase anything at the time of this review, so your "experience with the host" only boils down to you taking personal offence to something a manager said to you in a private matter.
We humbly apologize for the mishap, we will ensure this does not happen again

About the "refund". We found it atrociously suspicious that you wanted to host a small bungeeCord server with us. When you were purchasing the server, you agreed to terms and conditions, taht explicitly say (quote)
"SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time."
We refunded you the money. We knew you bought the service to get an invoice for your unfounded trust pilot review to stay up. We have no issues with bad reviews as they help us learn and improve the service but what you have done is irresponsibe and morally disgusting. You changing your star count from 1 to 2 just proves our suspicions. You never wanted a merge, if anything, you never confirmed it, you never agreed to a partnership, never did you want a deal with us. (see https://imgur.com/a/cznCGga)
