Argent &Aga Khan Foundation Side Lease agreements

Argent have been making side agreements under NDA’s with the Aga Khan Foundation which allows them to make short term let’s on the apartments in the AKF ownership, this has jeopardised the quality of life of the other residents in the residential buildings at Kings Cross. Extremely bad practice with full director awareness after the apartments have been sold and a situation that needs to be rectified urgently to ensure all residential leases are the same. It has taken 5 years to come to light but the situation has undermined all trust in Argent.
Hopefully Argent will admit mistakes have been made, then correct the breach and start to rebuild trust with other leaseholders.
