Julia comes across as a friendly nice parson but is she? don't sign anything or pay deposits without your lawyer . While in the process of buying a house i wanted a clear guarantee of what inventory would remain or not .julier talked nicely on the phone but had to call us back. When she did she was quite angry and rude and insulting and explained she had to be nice as she was with clients. She even said she didnt need the 300€ commission....she was complaining that spanish people and her office were always pronouncing her name wrong. ....We went somewhere else and bought a better much cheaper place.
