i ordered fc25 yesterday 11pm and got my account today 1:35pm the expected delivery time was 1-3days but i got mine in just 14 hours not considering night time

I ordered FC26 on 22 Aug 2025 at 6:00 PM and explicitly need it before the pre-book rewards deadline (26 Aug). Fingers-crossed, I hope I will get it by then (30 hours and counting.....)

What went wrong!

22 Aug, 8:00 PM — I received an email saying my order was cancelled, with no explanation and no information about a refund or next steps.

I emailed and messaged on WhatsApp — no reply.

I discovered they only respond on Messenger. I messaged there and after ~30 minutes someone asked for the order ID and promised I’d get the item the next day.

The next day at 7:00 PM I asked for an update. A different agent made me repeat everything, said “Checking,” and then disappeared for hours.

It’s now 30 hours and counting since I ordered. No delivery, no refund, no meaningful customer service.

Bottom line: poor communication, no transparency about cancellations or refunds, and inconsistent support channels. If you’re pre-ordering something with a deadline or need on-time delivery, don’t rely on this shop.

To the company: be upfront about cancellations, publish and follow a refund process, and staff a single reliable support channel (or at least respond across channels). Right now this is unacceptable service.

It's not the first time I purchased VP from here but the only reason I purchase here is that they are trusted... It's 18 hours already and guess what I still didn't get my VP which supposed to take no time at all.Last time they took 3 days to deliver some VP (LOL).Ill rather like to be scammed rather than buying anything from here next time.Literally waste of time.

Took me more than 30 hours to buy a simple Blessing of the welkin Moon. And they don't reply for hours on end once you text them. Won't recommend and would never use their service ever again.
