Do not spend your money on this company. Ordered one dress. Came many, many weeks later and it looked nothing like the picture on the website. Cheapest material ever...I wouldn't put it on my back. Never again. Not even going to bother returning it. Just learned a hard and expensive lesson. Truly a terrible experience.

Wasted good money NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! 70 some dollars for 3 dresses that took 5 dollars to make.

I have yet to receive nearly $100 worth of items that I ordered a month ago and when I tried to cancel the entire order two weeks ago after reading reviews (I know, I should have read them first...), they would not oblige. Just tried to track them, and they are still not even at USPS.

I ordered 4 dresses on their website because the photos look like lovely, stylish dresses. Paid over $100. The return policy said 30 days to return...I figured that is sufficient time. So, I placed the order 4/1/19. I received the final shipment today 5/5/19 (they were sent in multiple shipments). The other shipment I received 5 days ago, all from China - hence the long shipping time. I planned to return them all together once I received the last of the dresses in the mail. I re-read the return policy closely today and it says "30 days from purchase". Therefore....no return possible. The dresses are made from horribly cheap material that doesn't breathe, doesn't flow, and they are cut bizarrely. Nothing like the photos show. Arealook now has over $100 of my money for things I don't even feel right donating.

I took a chance when I saw their ad because I liked the look of the clothing. Sent my order in, paid for it and then had buyer’s remorse. I checked reviews and saw what a scam it is. I cancelled my order which they did respond to, pleading to not cancel it, then offering a credit (no thanks!) and then asking for my patience to get my refund. It’s been well over a month and no refund. Learn from my mistake and don’t order from here!

Dress did not look anything like the picture. It took almost 4 weeks to get delivered to me. In an email thread with customer service about my dissatisfaction, I was told to give it away as a gift because it would be too expensive to send back. They offered me a $10 credit but I will never order from them again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a dress. When it arrived a month later, the dress looked nothing like the photo, the cheapest material ever and fits horribly! It’s actually hideous! I have been trying to contact them for instructions and address to the return center. I have not received a reply back. This has to be a scam company! Do not order anything from them! I am so disappointed!

-☆very disappointed. The my dress took 2 months to arrive and once I got it was horrible it looked nothing like the picture on the web site. The fabric is so bad, worst than your cheapest Halloween costume. I feel really ripped off.

Arealook is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I saw the sponsor ad on Facebook and decided to try it. The Order took forever to come and was of the worst quality! Looked nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. I returned all the items and now they are claiming they will only refund me half because they say I sent the return to the wrong address- of which I used the info from the packing slip. And there was no info sent of any other address through our email correspondence. I have yet to receive any kind of refund and it has been over 2 months. I filed a formal complaint with Facebook suggesting they drop this bogus company from their sponsored ads. Stay far away from this company!!

Terrible quality. They do not communicate. I tied to cancel order after reading reviews and getting message from them that my order I was delayed. No communication back. Then they started sending items. They are not what is shown. Horrible misrepresentation. Do not order anything. You will be disappointed. I am going to try to dispute with my credit card company.

Very disappointing! Clothes don’t look like the pictures at all,terrible quality, cheap and a sack of potatoes would look nicer.

Really need a "zero" star review. This company...ugh...dress I ordered based on their size chart was HUGE and flimsy material. Sent it back in original packaging and they had to sign that they received it. Have still not gotten a refund. My advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Hard lesson learned.😖

Worst company ever the dress they show on their website is not what I received very cheap material and I tried to return it not only because they were ugly and did not fit
I paid 85 and they wanted me to return the dresses at my expenses and refund me 22 when the shipping is 10

Very cheap clothing, unwearable. Clothing looks nothing like photos. Material is cheap. Would never recommend. Doesn’t deserve any stars. Learned my lesson and would discourage any other buyers from purchasing from this website.

Photos totally misleading. Items do not look the same as the photos, terrible quality material and cut and complete waste of money. No proper returns policy and masses of hassle to return an item so people wont bother. Very disappointed. Do not order from this company. The company should be banned!!!!! Products only useful for rags!!!

This is a complete scum!!! They advertise widely and no reviews are given on their website. I ordered a blue blouse, and received two pieces of cheap, horrendous quality. I paid around 50 US dollars and now am note sure if I receive a refund. They asked me to send photos of the items I received to confirm they are indeed their items. I am absolutely appalled. The customers should be warned that the Arealook company is a complete scum! I knew nothing and saw no warnings.

Do not use this company ....ordered a cotton/linen dress and a poorly made nylon monstrosity arrived . Am not even going to attempt a refund as involves returning to China ....lesson learnt :(

Scam. Ordered a maxi dress and received a nylon atrocity. Do not order from this company.

Don’t buy from these scammers! I order a few items, one of the dresses had a black stain on it and they refused to refund me. They ask me to ship it back at my cost, when it’s their mistake, they should pay for shipping. Plus a missing item in my package(little leather purse) and when i ask to get a refund, they completely ignored the problem! I’m done with them and I’m opening a legal case with my bank!!!!

Not even worth one star- products are terrible ! I wish I had researched reviews before. Now I’m stuck with useless clothes and have to pay to ship them back- who knows if I will get the full amount. Customer service is terrible and they do not acknowledge that some pieces are actually defective, bad made and not what displayed in photos! SUCH A SCAM MADE IN CHINA PIECE OF ... ! So mad !
