Dirty hoody and no customer service
Sent me a dirty hoody. It was overpriced for the poor quality and delayed in shipping too. No response from customer service.

Still trying to return a t shirt which is too big I bought 2 weeks ago. They are sending me around in circles. If no success by Monday I’m going to trading standards as the are in breach of rules for online shopping. At £38 for a poor quality t shirt I’m not giving up!
Delivery expensive and took 21 days to deliver. I bought this as a birthday present for my daughter then had to buy another present as it never got delivered quick enough.
Ordered a t shirt from here, it was too big so tried to return. Returns form doesn’t load and says ‘error page not found’. Have emailed the company 3 times but haven’t had a response. Disappointed that I’ve wasted my money, didn’t expect such poor service.
