Never agree

I recently ordered the new starcraft tabletop game from them on pre-order. A few weeks later I then wanted to change the edition I ordered to a better one. I emailed their support team and then after 2 weeks or waiting and a lot of chasing they responded rudly, saying I'd need to cancel my order and replace, not mentioning i need to ask them to cancel it. When I asked them too it took them more weeks to respond and it go to the point where the pre-order date had passed and luckily I was able to keep my order. I then emailed about delivery as their website said by the end of Q2 and third party retailers was telling customers they'd ship by may. They came back to me in a rude manner saying I had made this info up and that I shouldn't spread misinformation despite this being on their website.

Awful customer services, felt like they just wanted money and couldn't care less to he helpful. Was rude and made me feel stupid for just asking questions.

i ordered dungeons and lasers from them…

i ordered dungeons and lasers from them on gamefound. once i found out that they going to charge me extra $$'s for the packages so i wrote to them to cancel order. next thing i know my order showed up at my door and ups wanted 108$ for each box. I told ups that i didn't want them and to send them back. well its been 4 or 5 months now and been emailing archon studios of my refund. All they have been doing is giving me a runaround on my refund. I called ups and asked where the packages where at and they couldn't tell me where they where at. So i wrote to archon studios and told them that they have to put in a claim to ups and send me my refund and they have yet to replay to me on my last email. Guess when i do here from them they will stay we have to wait for the packages to show up at their door, but to i was told by UPS that archon studios should refund all my money back. so i guess we will see. Gamefound hasn't been any help at all on any of my orders that i have with archon and cmon. All gamefound keeps saying you have to get ahold of them and they keep saying i have to go through gamefound for the refund. So be warned with gamefound, archon studios, and CMON on tring to get your money back from them or any help from gamefound. I will never order any thing from cmon or archon studios, or even do a gamefound kick starter ever again from these places. So again be warry cos i lost a lot of money from them not hundreds its thousands. So listen learned on my part. So hope that you don't do the same mistake that i did from these places and lose your money.

A studio that does not know how to ship goods

A studio that does not know how to ship goods.

I ordered the board game in July and decided to write to the guys in September—where is the product?

They replied to me "Here is your track code", as it turned out my game had been in the country for a month, and when I went to the post office, it was taken back! Furthermore interesting, the Archon support service sent the parcel again, but this time they did not even stay in the country for a week, and when I started walking through the post offices, it turned out that the parcel arrived at the wrong address and I accordingly did not receive any texts, calls, and notifications again, I had only a couple of days, to find my branch, and I ended up without a parcel again!

Now Archon is demanding $ 32 from me again for delivery, which I think is not fair! I wrote a request for a refund, see what they will say
