Great product, my experience was great with this business.

Product seems good. My issue is with their return policy. I had some questions, concerning the faux beams, spoke with a representative. He was polite and informative, asked me if I wanted to place the order. I responded no, I'll do it online. Six days later, I receive two orders. Check my email, only one confirmation. Called the company and was told these are custom products, no returns allowed, even though they have over ninety in stock per the rep. I am stuck with a second beam that cost me $155 which I will never use. Upon reading the 1 star reviews, it seems no returns on orders they messed up and poor customer service is a common thread... Very frustrating!!

This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order for a corbel on March 31. My customer changed her mind and wanted to use a different product less than 12 hours after I placed the order I tried to cancel. I was told I would get an email the following morning letting me know if it was canceled or not I never received anything so I decided to call And was told that my product was already in production and being made and would not be able to be canceled. It was supposed to be delivered on April 14. I got an email on April 16 stating that there were production delays and it would now tentatively be delivered on April 21. It seemed strange that if it was already being made on April 1, there would be production delays 2 1/2 weeks later so I called again and the woman on the phone basically told me I don’t know what to tell you you will get it when you get it

yes, I placed my original order at 11 p.m. EST and realized after placing the order online that the measurements were incorrect. I called the next morning as soon as the plant opened and was told that production had started and I could not cancel the order. Then I was told 2 weeks later that they were running behind and my product was not ready and would be shipping out later. I was then given a ship date and now two days later it has not shipped out yet. It is pretty obvious that this company does not care about the customer, nor the service or their reputation, and only about making money. I do not recommend Architectural Depot to anyone. This was my first time using and my last time.

Ez of ordering

This was the first time dealing with this company for the purchase of several items needed for a remodel project. I received two items damaged and reached out to the company and they resolved the issue immediately by providing replacements for those damaged items. I am satisfied with the customer service received and will not hesitate to utilize this company for future projects.

I had a lot of Q’s about the item I was about to buy. Their Customer Service people are fantastic! I’m a 70+ woman with zero skill or knowledge in this area. They walked me through the selection and installation processes. I ended up with exactly what I needed, and with a good understanding of what I needed to do for installation. Hats off to Customer Service.

Customer service with helping get photos to make a decision and after with one of the items that arrived broken. The quality of the items that I ordered were above what I was expecting. I love what I ordered.

Got exactly what I ordered. Needed a PVC type bead board wainscot for a laundry room in my basement. The boards look great and don’t need to be painted. Easy to clean and looks outstanding.
