I went online to order a 20ft faux beam and faux iron support brackets. At checkout the shipping cost came up as $1100!!! I stopped the order and called to ask if that was accurate. Due to the length it would have to be delivered on a semi. The guy who answered was amazing. He saw that I was ordering the faux brackets and suggested getting two 10ft beams and using a bracket to cover the seam. This option dropped the shipping cost to $200. The beam is installed now and is gorgeous. You cannot tell that it’s not real wood. It looks amazing. This was a fantastic experience with both the product and the customer service.

This website is so easy to navigate. I was able to find what I wanted right away. I made the purchase and they contacted me right away and apologized that what I ordered was out of stock but they offered another more expensive replacement at no extra charge. I call that excellent customer service! I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I ordered 15 pair of mango wood shutters from Architectural depot and had them painted at the factory. In under one year, the paint started peeling on each shutter. When I brought this to the attention of the company, they said they do not warranty their products. I guess that is for obvious reasons. They simply don't hold up. I should have known this might happen when the first several shutters they sent me had very poor quality paint application. There were runs, holidays and looked like they were packed in paper before they were completely dry. Those shutters they did resend, but how could a factory-painted shutter peel after less than one year? I ordered the shutter hardware as well and they are already rusting. All in all, I would not recommend this company unless you are just flipping a house and will not be around after one year because that is evidently their lifespan.

Quick and exactly what we ordered-love it!!

Product had to be picked up from the carrier warehouse due to "multiple failed attempts" which was no fault of the supplier. Product was 100% as were the supplier's shipping department. FedEx dropped the ball.

I ordered faux wood beams. One was damaged in shipping. The install for the beams was the day after they arrived. i contacted Architectural depot and they determined the damage was "structural" so they offered instead to send me a paint kit even though all they had was a couple photos and the damage that looked more than just a scratch. I couldn't have the beam installed as the team had to adjust for one less beam. They refused to refund me and sent me a paint kit instead. The box had been torn up up shipping and the damage was clear without even opening it. Terrible customer service. I couldn't complete the install and am now having to dispute the charges.

I had a great experience with customer service representative who assisted with the many options for my remodel project.
There are so many quality products that Architectural Depot has to offer! Most of them have spec sheets, cut sheets and installation sheets.
If you do have a question, just call them and most of the time they can answer it and if not, Architectural Depot has great relationships with their manufacturers and get the answers you need or they put you in direct contact with them!
So happy I shopped at Architectural Depot and a little secrete… your contractors shop here too! So if you can arrange for buying products and having your contractor just install, you will be saving markup on materials!

Unfortunately, they shipped the wrong wood species. However, within a very short amount of time, they refunded my purchase and rectified the issue.

The product was perfect and shipped very fast. Customer support was fantastic. The package handler (Fed Ex) had broken one of them and taped the box back up and delivered it to us anyways. We contacted ArchitecturalDepot and they immediately sent a replacement.

Renovating my basement and have reached the base molding stage, and I wanted black 3.5" molding. After extensive research, I decided to try the Achitecural Depot. I selected the style and color I wanted, placed the order, and was amazed at the speed at which the delivery arrived. The PVC quality was great and consistent. My second order was also expedited, and I'll be using Architectural Depot again in the future.

I need to return some of the shutters I ordered.

I have placed a few orders with architectural depot, and they came through on every occasion. Every order was professionally packaged, and was delivered on time with no damage. They carry a lot of home supplies that you won’t find at the big box stores. Check them out on their website.

I have some initial questions before I order in the representative over the phone was very knowledgeable and direct. In fact, the individual offered specific measurements based on what I provided and I’m glad I asked because it was certainly not the same dimensions I would’ve ordered. With the representatives insight I was able to correctly order the right item for my used case. I was so happy with my first order I ended up ordering more subsequently.

Shipping took over 2 weeks

My customer service rep, Laka, was absolutly amazing. She worked closely with me in ordering exactly what I needed. I gave her all my measurements over the phone and sent her a drawing. She built my order with all the lengths of railing and spindles based on each measurement and also ensured I had plenty of columns and newel posts to do the job right. I only wished there were mini tapered columns to make a newel post. That would have been amazing.

Ordered 4 faux beams on 7/4/2025. 1st delivery on 8/14/2025 provided 2 perfect beams and 2 broken beams. Reported the damage ASAP and quick response with 2 replacement beams ordered. 2nd delivery on 8/23/2025. This time, I made the FedEx driver wait while the beams were opened and inspected. Both replacement beams were cracked. Refused to accept them & back on the FedEx truck they went. Contacted customer support again and told them 2 more broken beams are on their way back to you. I also advised them the packaging is a joke and this will continue to happen unless these things are crated and cushioned with packing peanuts or bubble wrap. Delicate foam beams are literally wrapped in cardboard like a burrito with ends open & a few small wood pieces to keep them from falling out, but no protection from the carrier who throws these things around because they don't care. 3rd delivery of 2 replacement beams arrived on September 2, 2025. Guess what? You got it! Both beams cracked. I have asked repeatedly for a phone call from somebody at this company. I have even called. Currently we are waiting on a fourth attempt to complete our original order from over two months ago. I asked the customer rep that I spoke to how many times are we gonna have to do this before these are packaged well & can arrive undamaged. My project is so far behind schedule right now because of this fiasco with this nightmare of a company. I was told that they will continue to ship beams indefinitely. Really?! This is a nightmare company to deal with and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Customer service is horrible. Product is cheap and packaging is a joke. Maybe you can get away with buying products that are smaller and less likely to break in transit, but I would never recommend to purchase the faux wood beams from them.
