The application is great and the modules lessons are short and concise which is helpful for someone like me and my learning style.

I first started with the LEED GA course and it was very helpful for me to get my certification. Now I'm taking the LEED AP course, and I love how it's easy to understand the material. I definitely recommend getting the practice tests because it gave me confidence to do the actual test.

Some of the questions and materials are not in the manual or study guide but it is very good that information is brought to my attention

Took the leed green associate and well ap training bundle. Both courses had the same study plan, to prepare in 2 weeks. I was able to prepare and pass the leed exam in 2 weeks but the well ap took me a little over 4 weeks since it had more material.

The instructor was very help I was able to schedule a call easily and got clear answers.

Appreciate all the help and cannot recommended more the training since it summarizes and clarifies a lot of material in a matter of a few slides with highlighted text that helped me know where to focus.

I am sure when ready I will take the leed ap training with archiroots for sure.

Took the LEED GA and the WELL AP, I passed both but the WELL took me a little over 2 weeks. Thank you Shadi for the support.

I purchased the “Essential Templates” pack from Archiroots (Order #66842, Oct 30, 2025) after seeing their website promise a bundle of “Essential Templates worth $142” and a “14-day money-back guarantee.”

What I received was one single portfolio file with two basic style variations (Bold and Minimal). That’s not “multiple templates” or a $142 bundle — it’s one template sold under false advertising.

When I requested a refund within the 14-day period, customer support refused. They suddenly claimed that refunds only apply to “product errors” and that customers must “prove usage.” None of these conditions were visible on the checkout page or anywhere near the guarantee section. These restrictions were buried in fine print that directly contradicts their own public promise of a risk-free refund policy.

That’s false advertising, plain and simple.
Their so-called “guarantee” is meaningless, and their “Essential Pack” is nothing more than a glorified single file.

After pressing them multiple times, they tried offering another “digital product” as a distraction instead of honoring the refund. I refused — because the problem isn’t preference; it’s misrepresentation.

This company hides behind scripted replies and empty PR talk about “terms and conditions,” but the truth is that they mislead customers with inflated marketing and fake guarantees.

If you value transparency and honesty, avoid Archiroots. They sell hype, not quality — and their refund policy protects them, not you.

the only complaint I had was that I wish there was a quizlet quiz study style to correct my wrong answers on practice exams. Otherwise, the study modules were perfect and concise!

I made WELL AP in 3 weeks with almost full marks.

I used Archiroots to study for the LEED GA. I studied using the 500 flashcards and 7 practice exams, making sure I understood every card and took all practice exams until I could achieve 85%+, which occurred within 1-2 attempts. A total of around 25-30 hours was spent studying, and everything was super easy to understand and straightforward. I started studying on July 4 and tested on August 5, scoring a 182/200.

I did not only do this for the accreditation, but for my own personal benefit. As a sophomore in arch school, the studying alone taught me a HUGE amount of information that I can use in internships, school, and after graduation. I am sure a lot of people will benefit from the studying, even those that have more experience than I.

I am very thankful to have gained this knowledge and accreditation.

I purchased the LEED GA prep course and within 7 days I had succesffuly passed the exam. Shadi always made himself available. I could not reccomend this service enough. I will be starting my LEED BD&C prep with Archiroots this week.
