Delivery was quick and painless.

I bought my Archies Flip Flops late last summer and didn't really get to use them. But this summer I've used them a lot. They are the best Flip Flops I've ever had and I thought they would last forever, since it said they wouldn't open like traditional ones because they are wrapped together. But they didn't. I was walking in the city and came across a cobblestone that was a little too high. Whoops, the toe strap snapped. It's not as described. It shouldn't happen. And funnily enough, I've just ordered two new pairs that are on their way to me because I'm so happy with them. Now I don't know if I can be sure if they'll last. I've had plenty of cheap versions of them without any problems. Even some for just €2 that I used to climb Montségur, France in them. Can Archies handle it? I doubt.

These flips flops have instantly moulded to my feet and are so comfortable. I was wearing regular flip flops for months and it wasn’t doing my feet any favours. Since having my Archie flips flops, I’ve already noticed such a difference in such a short amount of time and being on my feet nearly 10 hours a day at work, these are a game changer especially for this time of year, very happy! Delivery within 48 hours was outstanding.

Excellent flip flops, have 3 pairs and waiting for a colour to come back in stock. Won’t wear any others now and far more comfortable than the famous German sandal, which I also have

I recently moved to another state and forgot to update my shipping address on the site when purchasing my last order. Unable to locate the shipment, I thought I would reach out to the customer service team and see if they could assist me with another order. Grace responded quickly and promptly resolved the situation. As someone who does a bit of online shopping, this customer service was very much appreciated and outstanding. Great customer service and product. Win win!!

Archie’s deserve a 5 star rating for their flip flops d slides. I’ve purchased two pair of the flip flops and love them. I can walk all day in them and my feet feel great! Really wanted a pair of the slides however they are too wide for my feet. Would love it if they could make them in a smaller width. Maybe in future?? I’ll have to stick with just the flip flops for now. I can say if you purchase Archie’s you will not be disappointed .

Just come back from a 14 day cruise . Wore my flipflops every day . Was advised not to wear them ashore , due to uneven ground etc . Didn’t take their advise , walks for over 2 hours in them every day & they were brills

I have really high arches and these flip flops are great. I could walk all day in them! This is my sixth or seventh pair, I’ve got colors to go with everything. Highly recommend!

These are comfortable, I have flat feet and knee issues, but they still aren’t great for walking in if you need actual foot support (I discussed this with my physio) maybe just to slip on at the pool or the beach. I bought 2 pairs and the colours are nice. But both pairs snapped the toe. For €40 I feel they’re very expensive, for a piece of rubber. I won’t be investing again as I feel there are much better value brands on the market.

I did Disneyland with Archies, 26K steps and didn’t feel anything. Just saying…

Worth the risk! saw the instagram ads for months, but took some research and time to determine these were legit and not a bunch of influencers lying to us. the sandals actually comfortable, durable and high quality and I appreciate they look like a timeless flip flop. I also received the best customer service I think I ever had when I received the wrong size in the mail. Upon contacting them, I had a real human (not AI bot) email me back. Not only did they send me new ones within about 4 hours, they also let me keep the wrong ones sent! This really impressed me and I’ve been quick to share my experience as well as the love for my sandals with lots of friends. Great work Archie’s!!!

I received my pair of Archie’s a few weeks back and love them! But I later realized they accidentally sent me the wrong size. Since I’m a 9 1/2 I upsized to a 10 but received a 9. I didn’t notice for a while since I thought maybe they just fit a little small but when I did notice they were incorrect Paul from customer support fixed the issue right away! And I now have a new pair of size 10s in the mail ☺️ it was a quick and easy process and I will definitely purchase again

These are hands down the most comfortable flip-flops I’ve ever owned. The arch support is amazing, and I can wear them all day without my feet hurting.

I love my archies flip flops, Got two colours and now I want more!!! I wish I would've bought the chili colour, so sad it's not coming back. Also would be nice if they made them with a wider band option. Great arch support, I wear them all the time, I have a pair for home and one for outside. Second pair for outside is on the way.... yeah!!!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received.

I ordered a pair and they claimed to be delivered, but were nowhere. I sent a contact form on the website (normally doomed to be ignored for weeks) and someone got in contact the same day. The issue was resolved and Jenny (the customer support representative) was an utter delight.

I then realised that the fit of the shoe was not quite right (it happens). I spoke to another lovely rep called Paul who asked for photos of the fit and advised me on the best size for me. Another pair is being sent so that I can compare and I will send back the other.

This is how a brand sets the tone for their values and beliefs. This has been an excellent brand interaction and one that will keep me repurchasing and sharing for a very long time!!

It’s also worth saying, even not fitting quite right, the shoes were so bloody comfortable.

They are narrow and the arch support is is the wrong place for me. The soles have poor traction. The one star problem is that cost of returning and getting a refund is outrageous. On a £45 pair it amounts to £14.97

Unbelievable customer support. I received my order and they were the wrong color. I was disappointed, but pleased with customer service.
Quickly responded to this issue with ordering the correct pair. On top of letting me keep the wrong color pair.
