First I must say these are the BEST flip flops out there. The support is unmatched. I recently had an issue with an order ( received only part of order and wrong size). I contacted customer service and dealt with Ken. He was nothing short of amazing. Within 8 days I had my correct order and without hassle. Amazing service!!

I ordered flip flops from Archie’s and Fit Flops at the same time to compare the arch support and comfort. Archie’s do provide much more support for the arch - the straps are tighter thus keeping the shoe closer to your foot and stops the back of your foot sliding about; the arch is also much bigger so much more supportive. Fit Flops have a lovely cushioned heel, Archie’s have a firmer support.

However, Archie’s main downfall is the colours - the colours are all a bit dull and don’t have the shine and vibrancy of Fit Flops. The dull colours - all of which aren’t quite right (so the navy isn’t quite navy, and the greys are dodgy greys) - make them look really cheaply made.

So if you want style and comfort then Fit Flops. But if you need more adequate support for your feet and a firmer bounce then Archie’s.

I purchased from Archie's footwear on 6-1-26. I purchased the slides. These shoes run very narrow. I typically wear a 6 1/2 to 7 in women's shoes so I purchased the 6 to 7 size. I couldn't even fit my foot into the slide. I found these shoes to be very hard, stiff and inflexible. I was not impressed with the quality. I paid $70 for the slides and when I returned them, they are only refunding me $55.51, including a restocking fee. What a rip off. I do not recommend this company. Don't believe the hype and don't waste your money!

The product itself, this incredible footwear, is truly one of a kind and in such a wonderful way. We are located in a place where the sun is always shining and shining with intensity, so sandals, slides and flip flops are staple items for us. These Archie slides are so comfortable and supportive and we can wear them on long walks with no blisters or rubbing. But in case there ever is a need for a return or an exchange, it's the customer service that keeps up coming back. Incredible reply time, thoughtful approach to resolution, kindness, generosity of spirit and authentic intention and attention abound. Special Shoutout to KEN!!!!! Great experiences always.

I ordered a pair of slides and flip flops. When my order was delivered, the flip flops were not in the package. I was shocked by how quickly Archie’s customer support helped and solved the problem. I’ll be a return customer for sure!!

Absolute scam. I bought because I saw the stunning instagram pics etc. I ordered and it took 5 days to ‘process’ the order. Another 5 days later I received automated email to say they were out of stock and should be sent out within 14 days. Baring in mind, this is now three weeks later. I received the items in a plastic bag with absolutely nothing in it other than shoes just thrown in it! They have your made in china plastic sticker on them and they look soooo plasticky, like temu item you’ve paid 5p for. It’s an absolute instagram scam, do not bother…

Excellent customer service. I received the right item ordered however the wrong color . I emailed the customer service dept. Received an email within 10 minutes.
Issue resolved in 30-40 minutes. Super impressed!!!!
By the way, the slides are pretty cool .

Orthotic flip flops - never heard of them, just received mine and so comfortable for plantar fasciitis.

Ordered a pair of Archies thongs for my wife. Australia Post informed me that the courier was destroyed in a truck fire. Contacted Archies Customer Service who responded to my enquiry within an hour. The customer service officer, Charm was kind and gave me the option of a replacement order or refund. Since I had purchased a pair for my wife from a store, I requested a refund. The customer service officer, Charm was prompt and processed the refund almost instantly. I received the entire refund within 4 hours since I first emailed Archies Customer Service. Welcome done to Archies customer service culture for being prompt and diligent! Archies has won a customer for life!

I have always loved the look of these flip flops & after chatting with a friend who also wanted to give them a go I decided to be the guinea pig. I wish I hadn't now. I'm having a flare of plantar fasciitis & really thought they would help. So I was willing to pay the £3.99 delivery charge. They arrived super quick & looked wonderful. The problem came when I tried them on & it was almost instant that I realised the straps were too tight for my feet. They rubbed badly & although I thought if I wore them a little while they might relax off a bit they just got more painful. So I tried to begin the returns process. It was so complicated. Maybe in Oz they're used to this system but I tried multiple times & gave up then tried again the next day. I tried multiple times on my phone then got my laptop out. Eventually I worked out the system. Then the real kicker!!! If I wanted a credit note or replacement I wouldn't be charged anything. However as the whole style didn't work for my feet, hardly my fault, I was penalised with a £4.99 handling fee. This is on top of the £3.99 delivery charge I paid earlier. This is not a business ethos or model I can get behind at all. Charging folks who really want the product to work & help their medical condition £8.98 for the whole experience just feels wrong to me! It really leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Not a pleasant experience at all & I will be making sure my friend doesn't order from you either. I don't want her to be conned. The flip flops are £34.99 surely in that there's space for a better business model when it comes to thinking of your customers??? I don't have money to throw away & £34.99 is a lot for flip flops but I'd hoped it would make a real difference & I was willing to try & pay that but I just can't afford almost £10 just to try something that causes pain! Nope. I am not a happy customer. This isn't a generated fake review either. I actually bought these.

Have ordered before and they’re great flip flops, but customer service is not good… needed to change delivery address and tried within minutes, but they wouldn’t let me - they’ve now been sent to my old address and returned, but I’ve had no update or offer of refund - £70 down and no idea where my order is?!?

I would like to say a huge thank you to Paul and the entire Archies Footwear team for their outstanding customer service.

A while ago, I ordered a pair of black Archies flip-flops in my usual shoe size. Since I was convinced they would fit, I removed the tags before properly trying them on. Unfortunately, they turned out to be much tighter and smaller than I expected. Naturally, I was worried that I would be stuck with a brand-new pair of flip-flops that I couldn’t wear.

I decided to contact customer service, and I’m so glad I did. Paul responded very quickly, was incredibly understanding, and guided me through every step of the process. He sent me a sizing guide, and after checking it carefully, I realized I actually needed to go up two sizes from my regular shoe size. My advice to anyone reading this review would be to pay close attention to the sizing guide and consider sizing up, as they may fit smaller than expected.

Even though I had already removed the tags, Paul kindly offered a solution. He allowed me to return the flip-flops and exchange them for a different size. I also asked if I could switch to a different colour (pastel yellow), and that was absolutely no problem. The return process through the website was simple and straightforward.

The only downside was that the replacement pair took a little longer to arrive than I had expected, which meant I had to leave for my trip without them. That was a bit disappointing, especially when arriving on an island where finding quality flip-flops in the right size was surprisingly difficult and very expensive. Thankfully, someone I knew lent me a pair of Archies and funnily enough, they were three sizes larger than my original order! Even those felt incredibly comfortable.

When I returned from my trip, I soon left for Rome and ended up walking all over the city in my new Archies flip-flops. While I probably wouldn’t recommend them for extremely long days of sightseeing in hot and humid weather, as the arch support can cause a little rubbing after many hours of walking, they have otherwise been fantastic.

I’ve now had them for about two months, I think and I am genuinely very happy with my purchase. The comfort, support, and especially the customer service have exceeded my expectations.

So, as promised, thank you again to Paul and the entire Archies team. Customer service: 10/10!

I bought Archies for the first time this year and within a few days I was purchasing a second pair. The quality is good, I love the arch support, they are light weight and I wore them comfortably all day!
I had to email customer service with a question and within minutes I had an answer and we had a resolution. It was simpler and much easier than I was anticipating.

Great product when they don't break. Been buying Archies for about 4+ years. and the ones that do last are fine, very comfortable. But 1 out of 2 i've purchased has snapped, regardless of who in the family of 4 are wearing them. Want to get it replaced under warranty? Good luck. Be prepared to hound and hound them to follow through on their promise, ignoring your emails and repeating themselves over and over like a robot. No phone number to call, so you're stuck dealing with unanswered emails to one communal inbox. Shocking to think this is what it means to "support australian business". Won't ever be buying from Archies again, so sick of paying $40 for a pair of rubber that breaks faster than a kmart pair. No thanks. Took them almost 3 months to send me a replacement for my thongs that broke in less than 6 weeks, finally after sending multiple screen shots they followed through on their warranty. Absolutely shocking.

I love my Archies. I do not wear anything else now. The arch is a game changer for people with arch problems in their feet. I now have 4 pairs. Thank you too the genius who invented them.

Just the most comfortable flip flops I’ve owned so much so I’m now waiting for my 6th pair to arrive. Wear them all day every day through the summer and then they become my slippers through the autumn.

I got these flip flop in pink for my birthday, I asked my family to get them because of the good reviews. Due to me getting older I have not been able to enjoy walking in flip flops for years. I put these on and stayed in them 5 hours walking up and down the street of down town Chicago. My feet felt great when I arrived home. I need all the colors now.

I have had problems with my Achilles for about 6 weeks. I have been wearing my new Archies for about 4 days and today the pain has almost gone. The arch support has been amazing, will definitely buy more colours, extremely comfortable

My experience of the customer service was 10/10. So responsive and solution found within a few hours. The products are amazing too!! Why can’t all retailers be this good?
