I recently got in contact with Archaic…

I recently got in contact with Archaic asking if they planned on releasing a foglight version for my NB8C so I can legally run them and pass an MOT (Im in the UK).

They quickly responded saying that the foglight version was in prototype stages and they would let me know as soon as they are released. Two months later they sent me an email saying "we have them ready, order our current version and i will add a note to your order that you want the foglight version and we will send them out ASAP".

10 days later my tail lights arrived having being imported from china, which I really cant complain about. 10 days is decent for an import.

I have the lights fitted currently and I am loving them, they look skyline esque due to the halos and are significantly brighter than the oems. Fitting took around 10-15 minutes.

I would absolutely purchase from Archaic again and their customer service was genuinely fantastic.

Thankyou Archaic.

What a scam

This company seems to take your money telling you it will take a couple of months for delivery then when it gets to delivery date they cancel your order. What a horibble company, they won't let you add a review on there website which says a lot. Dont waste your time or money with them. I wonder if im going to get a refund at all..... I bought the product from amazon bit they sell via a couple of company's in the UK I won't mention names but please do yourself a favor and don't oder from them what a scam!!!!!!!

Bad communication

Seller told me item is not in stock, so I ordered from another site and asked for a refund. Then he ignored my reply and said that he found the item in another warehouse and proceeded to send it without my approval. I declined the package, the seller then stopped replying to my emails. Now I have a dispute open with PayPal and am waiting for a refund.
