I've purchased from Arcane a few times now and it's always been a great experience. My girl loves the product variety and checks the site often for new stuff. Shipping has been reasonably quick and communication is quick and clear with Arcane. A+ so far!
They sent me a wrong item, similar to the one that I ordered but definitely another. I contacted the page many times with no reply. Perhaps they didn't check the messages, perhaps they intentionally don't answer. I would like to get a reply.
Finally they contacted me and they sent me a full refund!
Canadian drop shipping company. My package was never delivered. Searched everywhere. It was late by almost a month since the stuff comes from China.
