Be carefull if you are not japanese!!!

It' s a scam, be carefull if you are not japanese!!!
I purchased a VC automatic watch and immediately did not work properly, was going too fast. So when back in europe i asked to help me but Arbitro did not even if it was within the 12 months guarantee!. So I had to send to VC in geneve to repair, arbitro di not helped me with the cost. Really unprofessional who can play this game expecially with all abroaded customers!
So avoid it!
