My investigation so far...

To everyone that wants to catch these criminals, I think the best way, is to do it fast and together, before it gets too late.

I decided to conduct my own investigation and shared with the authorities. Do the same!

I have posted my investigation results on Reddit website, as it goes against TrustPilot policy sharing this kind of information in here.

As any SCAM in the world, there are no perfect SCAMS. A SCAM can only be a SCAM if we don't fight! I think this one in fact have quite some flaws, and annoys me to see people in here without hope and saying there is nothing we can do.

As per my investigation results, the only people that can provide information about Alexander and Marco are the Company House and AllianceVirtualOffice at this stage.

Therefore, I strongly recommend to each one of you that were a victim of this SCAM to create a ticket with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and Action Fraud Police. Make sure to provide all the evidence you have from Arbitly so we can build all together a strong case.

Remember... If we KEEP ALL TOGETHER and not give up... We will definitely WIN and bring them to JUSTICE.

[I will keep updating my findings on Reddit under "My Arbitly investigation so far..." Post]

Promising Organization turns into massive theft and scam overnight

Arbitly was running smoothly for months in 2020. As soon as 2021 came around, a sudden surprise "maintenance upgrade" occurred without notice and froze everyone's ability to withdraw the funds they had been gradually building over time through the service.

They went so far as to hire an actor to play as the 'CEO' of the company, I suspect Marco Fanger is an actor anyway. If he isn't, he had the nerve to show his face and answer questions from the Arbitly community vlog. The site up and vanished along with everyone's funds.

I'm basically wasting my time even making this review because trustpilot, ironically, cannot be reliably trusted themselves, as the review's purpose for legitimacy has been undermined once again.

I have tried to track my ETH on…

I have tried to track my ETH on Etherscan.
I think some of the ETH end up in these 2 addresses

0x43c0267e87fA4Dd3b124C9dB9d4C55b69F7d16f5
I will remove this review if Arbitly process our ETH withdrawals, otherwise I think these 2 addresses must be blocked on all exchanges.

One of the most elaborate scams ever

One of the most elaborate scams ever. Withdrawals have been suspended, but the still take deposits. “CEO” might be an actor, and is suddenly radio silent. Support channel went from being very active to very silent, and a broadcast only channel. Don’t believe the lies of them being hacked as a reputable company would have have not suddenly gone silent. Supposedly registered in UK and in Ireland. Not sure how that will help.

Thieves

A new "CEO" and suddenly nobody can access their funds? No coincidence, obviously all part of an elaborate scam to steal millions in crypto...

No more live support. No more Telegram. And no more withdrawing of funds. My withdrawal, like many others, is now pending for more than 3 days.
