Pure, natural wool fibers can occasionally experience pilling, especially in areas with higher friction, due to the natural movement of the untreated yarns. While a wool comb or fabric shaver usually removes these surface bobbles easily to restore the knit, we completely understand how disappointing it is when a cherished piece doesn't meet the lasting standard you expect from us.

I purchased a clancy pattern and paid full price. There were only 2 sizes all other sizes were not included. Any patterns I have ever bought in all my many yrs of knitting have always included instructions for all sizes.
