A staff member named Stephen brown,was absolutely excellent as I'm not good on devices and other companies kept sending me links that had my head wrecked, I finally got to arachas and spoke with Stephen, and I swear he practically did everything for me, with no complications and very understanding of me, patient and helpful, I was relaxed and stress free after speaking with him, so professional he was and really seem to care and want the best for me, well that's how I felt,even after all that, and when I had to fill the finance agreement thing, I ran into complications and contacted Stephen, even though it's not his dept. he still went out if his way to get someone from there to contact me, which they did, again that staff member from prem credit again was lovely and so helpful, I didn't feel judged for. Finding devices difficult🙈😂, thanks so much Stephen really thankyou also thankyou Niamh and Fiona in prem credit, was just as helpful and patient with me, have to say I'm impressed, and now thinking of getting home insurance with them as I love when staff are a great help, I love good service thanks

Arachas took over John Brady Insurances last year. I had previously used Brady's as broker for cover of my Irish home. No problems and great fridndly service.
Like many I now am domiciled in the UK. This year I was told that, because of Brexit, they were unable to assist me in finding any future cover as my principal residence is not in the RoI.
That is their choice not "Brexit" legislation. The unwelcome communication was botched badly by them, by email with a standard letter as an attachment. Very poor customer service, which makes me wonder what might happen if they were involved in sorting out any claim.
My instinct is to say BEWARE don't even think of using them if you are new...but let's hope that they may sort things out for existing customers. The Brady staff seem to remain, and have always been first class

Quite possibly the worst insurance company I’ve had to deal with. They had a good price for me but then never sent me my insurance disc or policy details and no certificate. I rang them multiple times and they said it was on the way. It’s nearly 2 months now and I STILL have no cert and disc. Now they are emailing me about my next instalment saying they will cancel my insurance if I don’t pay. Might just cancel it myself because this is ridiculous!

Went into Arachas BJ Taxi at 10am to get taxi insurance having been with Zego whoare no longer offering renewals. I met Seamus who was welcoming and most of all extremely efficient. He took my details and processed them, came back with my quote which I was delighted with. I paid him and got my new Cert. Seamus had me processed in less than 1/2 an hour. Without doubt the best experience I have had with an insurance company. Well done Seamus.

I have found the Client Service team in Dublin, especially Beatriz Gonzalez, to be incredibly helpful and responsive to any of my queries. She has been a pleasure to deal with in terms of sorting out my motor insurance cover.

I dealt with John Clare for my first time home insurance. He went above and beyond to assist me including assisting with our mortgage provider etc- really fantastic service.

We dealt with Niamh Prior and she was excellent. Niamh had great patience and knowledge and the experience of getting first time car insurance for my son was made very easy.
