I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order and ended up waiting far longer than expected, with no clear updates or communication about the delay.

I tried contacting customer service multiple times through different channels, but either received no response or vague replies that didn’t actually resolve anything. It was extremely frustrating to be left in the dark after already paying for my order.

In the end, I never even received the item. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here if you expect reliable delivery or any decent support.

Do not buy from this company.
Was sent 1 wrong item and 1 item missing. Pathetic customer service. Website form does nothing. Communication on Insta is one sided with few useless replies.
Thankfully paid through PayPal so they sorted it.
This company shouldn't be allowed to operate judging by the number of customers they have conned

I've been waiting for the product for weeks, and they haven't sent a single reply or email. They're pure robbers. Stay away. Thieves.

Disgusted and feel like I’ve been robbed! I placed my order on 30th Sep 2025 and haven’t received the items, total paid is £32. I have tried multiple ways of contacting via website, email and Insta and barely receive a response. I have asked for a refund but no reply. £32 can mean a lot to someone and I’ve been robbed. The best that can be done is to give my money back.

Received my Quran Cube and I love it. This is such an amazing piece to have in the home, it is already in use. Thank you so much for this. It is so easy to use and such a great addition to my morning routine.

Paid for 2x orders and have not received them. I emailed and insta DM'd and was told it will be with me shortly, it's now been 1 month and I haven't received it. Now no replies to my emails or messages. I'm truly disappointed and robbed of my money

I ordered an item and 5 weeks later I still haven't recieved it, even after having paid for the item. I messaged asking for an update only to be told that it will be sent out to me shortly. Still after not receiving anything, I messaged again and again and again only to be ignored numerous times. I'm either waiting for the item I paid for or for a refund. This is absolutely disgraceful.

Update: I finally recieved the item i paid for 6 weeks after the date of placing the order, however, still no direct contact from the seller regarding the delay

Bought a gift for my wife for her birthday, after a month I emailed to ask why I hadn't received anything. Got a reply saying it would take up to 6 weeks. Well here I am 3 months later after sending numerous emails with no further response. I have never in my life experienced anything like this and I think it is a straight up fraudulent company.

SCAM ! Paid for order online with delivery estimate of a week; now almost 6 weeks later I still haven't received the item. I've emailed and Instagram-DMd with no response from either.

horrible company. have been waiting around 4 months for a parcel that was supposed to be a gift. i had ordered before and each time they take many months to deliver. i have contacted many times with no response, they are scammers.

Before placing my order I sent a text message to Arabicartistry, which they were quick to respond to. I placed my order and received it in good time and good condition. The quran velvet was top quality! Very friendly service. Will definitely recommend!

This is one of a few orders I’ve made with this company. I purchased a prayer mat from Arabic Artistry back in 2022, it’s almost 2 years later and it’s still in amazing condition. I purchased 4 this year for Ramadan gifts and just like the one I already have, these are just as gorgeous and comfortable. I do live in the US so shipping does take longer than it does for those in the UK. I believe it takes about 2 weeks which isn’t bad at all. Arabic Artistry never fails to amaze me. I highly recommend!!

Does not even deserve one star, placed an order that i did not receive, it’s been over 2 months, posts on his instagram daily yet does not respond to any of my DM’s

the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered over 2 months ago and still not received order. They sent me the wrong item and asked me to return back so that they could send the correct one to me. I’ve still not heard back from them on my correct item despite taking payment. untrustworthy and unreliable business which needs to be closed down. Please report to trading standards
