They used to be great but in the last couple of years the quality of products and customer service has gone down hill. Placed an order last week, still not dispatched and no response from customer service.
Will be the last order with them.

I have used Arabian for a long time now and it's amazing. Always replys to questions and ships quickly. I use the sauvage dupe. People tell me all the time I smell amazing and it happened again today. These oils last way longer than any shop bought tat. Adam has been great.

I’ve bought the Vanilla Dreams perfume oil a few times from Amazon, and I just LOVE it. I found out they did a perfume version of it and ordered it straight away from their website. I received the order yesterday from them via post office. It was in a bag, and the bottle had broken clean in half. I immediately took a photo and WhatsApp messaged them to ask for a replacement or a full refund. They responded within one minute and told me they would send a replacement. Well, today I received the replacement. It was in a box with extra packaging around the perfume box to make sure it was safe and sound. Absolutely amazing customer service; I did not expect it to be so fast, or for the packing to be amended to ensure the same thing didn’t happen again. Personally, I’d make sure every order is that well protected just to make sure this doesn’t happen again, but that’s only an opinion.

The atomiser is pretty decent for the price; nice fine mist that gives you a decent amount or perfume in each spray. The perfume smells identical to the oil, if not quite as strong, but it’s too soon to tell about the longevity of it.

Overall a good experience. I would not have any problems or reservations ordering from them directly again.

What can I say, I'm so happy with Arabian opulence (Ibnu Adam), they fulfilled a special order for me and excelled my expectations, the fragrance sprays are phenomenal ❤️ speedy postage too, I always order my oils from here too.

I've bought many fragrance oils from here, but I asked for Narcissa Beauty in a spray to be made up to order. Wow, it's even better than the oils, it lasts and lasts. Guys, get onto the website, if it's not showing your fave perfume or aftershave in a spray, WhatsApp them via their website and they'll make it to order for you. I'm so delighted with ALL my purchases, best perfumerie by far.

My order arrived smashed as it was sent in a paper bag, I have requested a replaced/refund but they are just ignoring me. Really bad service and a complete scam.

I have used this company previously and I found the product and service second to none. However my latest dealing with the company has totally blown me away, the service I received was just amazing. I have to give a Massive shout out to Lyndsey, a most wonderful, fantastic lady. Saturday last at around 10pm thought I'd treat myself to some oils, however I must have been having a "senior moment" as I seemed unable to navigate my way around the site and place my order. I left a brief message on the help section expecting a response after the weekend ( it was Saturday night ). I got a response within minutes from Lyndsey, she spent about an hour navigating me through the site helping me to place my order, her kindness & patience beyond words. My order arrived Monday lunchtime, how mad is that? And it doesn't stop there..... I ordered 5 bottles she sent me 7 at no extra cost, totally blew me away. Anyone who has dealt with this company will know their products are of high quality and low priced so its not as if i was spending a lot of money, if I'm totally honest I didn't even spend £25, but the service I received was priceless.
As I said the product is fantastic, I will always use and promote " Arabian Opulence/ Ibnu Adam " .
Again, Lyndsey, Thankyou so much for your patience, kindness, and excellence. You are the Best!

I made my order on January the 12nd and not only I didn't get my order but it's been impossible to contact them to have an explanation about what's happening, they are just not replying to my emails.
I've just asked them for a refound and I hope they do it so I won't need to take this any further.

It's really a pity because I wanted the fragance I order....

In future I will be ordering on their website rather instead of Amazon who I presume take a commission.
