Absolutely delighted with our new sofa! The showroom was too far away to visit so I asked loads of questions before buying. The team at Arabella were super quick to reply each time with really helpful advice, they really put my mind at ease.
There was a small hiccup when the sofa was delivered but Arabella sorted the problem within a couple of days.
The sofa is such amazing quality and so comfy. Firm with a bit of squish. Just perfect! I would 100% buy from them again. 👌🏼

Just received my sofa and I am over the moon with it. Chris has been so lovely and professional from start to finish. He really does go the extra mile and I am so pleased we went with arabella designs after looking at so many other companies and chains. Honestly so worth the wait and will be back to order again in future.

I have just received my cloud bespoke heritage velvet in olive, and it’s absolutely beautiful. The quality is excellent and the sofa is very comfortable and well made, with plenty of padding. Chris is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure you are totally happy with your sofa.

We ordered a bespoke coco in mink and wow! The sofa is beautifully made, extremely comfy and the craftsmanship is top notch. It was even better than we could have imagined. Chris was extremely helpful and his knowledge really showed when helping us decide what was best for us ! Will 100% be ordering something again!

I came to Chris with some ideas on what was looking for as nothing on the market that suited, so Chris designed a chaise sofa and armchair based on my needs, producing a bespoke size design from one of the sofa ranges.
All material swatches were delivered in a couple days for review.

The sofa quality is second to none - absolutely superb.

Delivery was made only last week - very happy.

Chris is always quick to respond with any queries and always available on the phone.

I ordered the medium Cloud Bespoke Sofa in chocolate brown Boutique Velvet and it’s definitely the best furniture decision I’ve ever made! Chris was so helpful, and answered all my questions and queries promptly, even out of hours. The sofa is gorgeous; the velvet fabric feels amazing and the deep soft cushions are perfect for curling up in on lazy afternoons with a friend (or four, as it’s so big!) I’ve recommended this company to a few people already; I think lots more will be interested once they come round and sit on it too!

I have now bought 4 sofas from Arabella Designs and Chris (the founder) has gone above and beyond every time. The quality is amazing, design and fabric quality superb and service is excellent. The best value for money sofas on the market… and I know as I did a huge amount of research before I bought my first sofa from him. My last purchase was a bespoke design and less than half the price of the one I’d seen elsewhere which is very similar. Nothing is too much.

Chris was fantastic to deal with right from the off. His assistance in sizing, designs and choice of fabrics was extremely helpful. All of my questions and requests were promptly dealt with in a friendly professional manner. I am very happy with the sofa and would certainly purchase again in the future . 5 Stars. Would certainly recommend.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish and the end product is absolutely everything I wanted and more. I searched for over 2 years for a sofa that fitted my requirements and none of the "high street" or online retailers had anything that was the right size/configuration - I initially thought that having a sofa "made to measure" would be miles out of our budget (having looked at one or two online places offering bespoke sofas the prices were extortionate!) luckily I came across Arabella and Chris advised me he could make the exact sofa I wanted in the exact size and configuration I wanted and when he came back with the price it was extremely competitive for the service and quality provided! He was really friendly and very helpful when I couldn't choose a fabric - he always replied quickly and was happy to answer any questions. My sofa was delivered yesterday and I am absolutely over the moon - great quality and looks exactly how I wanted! I was a bit worried it was too good to be true but now it's here I couldn't be happier and would recommend Chris and his company to anyone looking for a competively priced bespoke service, wish I had found them when replacing my living room sofas last year!

Chris clearly knows all there is to know about sofas! Really impressed with his knowledge and advice. I managed to choose a sofa and colour with his advices and without needing to visit his showroom. Great communication and quick delivery in comparison to over sofa companies.

We recieved our sofas today and they exceeded all expectations. Extremely happy! The colour, fabric, design and quality are absolutely stunning with no corners cut! From start to finish the process was easy, friendly and efficient. Chris kept us updated from point of purchase, all the way through to delivery.

From the very beginning of my journey with Chris at Arabella, I have been met with exemplary customer service.

When my sofa arrived, I was blown away by the quality. It was exceptional.

I also feel reassured that the customer service does not end here and should I need anything in the future, then Chris will be on hand.

When I come to replace the sofa in my Summer Room, I will be heading straight to Arabella.

We cannot praise Chris and his team of skilled craftsmen enough, from meeting at the start of the process he has been professional, knowledgeable and always available for any questions we had, not sure if our measurements were correct, Chris also did a home visit and changed the size to fit our room better
We now have a beautiful sofa of outstanding quality and design and couldn’t be happier with the end product, just wondering what else I could order!

I have not yet placed my order but so far the communication and service from this company has been wonderful!
