Our water softener failed, and we asked Aquastream to install a replacement. Stephen arrived right on time and immediately got to work. He stripped out all the previous plumbing and replaced it with a much neater pipework, and he finished five minutes before than he promised. In addition, although installation day happened to be quite wet and rainy, he left the room in a rather tidy condition, despite he had to go out into the rain multiple times. We would also like to commend Stephen on his adherence to government advice on wearing his mask all the time. Hopefully, we will enjoy the soft water for many years!

Stephen is very knowledgeable and professional and this is the second house he has installed a water softener in for me. He spends time prior to the installation discussing the size of the household, best place for installation, work required and definitive costs. He takes pride in his work and everything looks very neat and compact. He gave us additional advice about a separate hard water feed and left us with the option to use a new hot and cold feed for a separate sink to be installed in the future if we need. All mess cleared away and very comprehensive explanation of how the system works and needs to be maintained. We are so impressed with this company, we would highly recommend. Stephen even fit us in at short notice and installed on a Saturday morning to fit in with other tradesmen and work being done in our house.
