Engineer arrived at time arranged

They responded quickly to the message I left on the phone when I order my Harvey block salts

I inadvertently called Aquasoft, rather than Harvey’s, who installed the water softener 1 year ago. The engineer was unable to identify any issue although he did run a couple of tests, which had a positive effect, in that the unit did work afterwards. Due to my error, I was of course charged for the call-out.

Great experience from start to finish; Tristan took a lot of time to walk me through the most appropriate product for our house and the installer - Adam - was punctual, efficient, tidy and super knowledgeable, explaining everything as he worked. From previous experience, I know these guys offer an incredibly reliable service programme.

Driver did not ring door bell. Ignored note to leave by side door. Just dumped bags on drive and left.

Super happy with my water softener. The professional service I cannot fault. The technician who installed the softener was extremely tidy and knew exactly how to complete the task in hand.
Also all of this came with brilliant value for money.

Exceptional service. The engineer came at the appointed time did a thorough job including replacing hoses which had perished over time. I couldn’t ask for more.

Engineer was OK. However i was told that i would receive a text message or a phone call half an hour before arriving. I didn't so got a ring of my bell before i was out of bed working nights. Told that the machine was unrepairable as it was fourteen years old. Was suspicious that he asked for the lid that i had moved elsewhere as the machine was taken away to be disposed. Could it have been renovated and sold second-hand? Maybe. Maybe not. If i had to give a review to Harveys Water Softeners rather than Aquasoft my review would give it one star. They did not want to discuss why i received a £1,400 water bill due to the machine sucking in mains water constantly and it going straight down the drain without me knowing. They told me to contact Aquasoft even though it is their badge on the machine. Beware of softeners not working and no warning of water consumption.

Quick speedy service by a very pleasant agent.

I left a message regarding the order of some more salt blocks. I received a call soon after and the lady had found our previous request so she knew how many I usually order. It was put through quickly with a delivery date of just a few days later.
The delivery was on time and the driver happily put the bags of salt blocks in our garage for us.
Always impressed with the service we get from Aqua Soft. Highly recommend.

Prompt, efficient and courteous service, could not be faulted

Fitted new MiniMax water softener and Kinetico Pure RO filter system replacing old products.
From the initial inspection visit to the quote and installation the new products were installed within 2 weeks. First class service and very happy with result.
Significantly better performance from both new replacement products.
The whole team were extremely efficient and in particular Adam, the plumbing engineer who installed everything. Top class job.

I tried to order on line but no go.I then rang and left a message.I was then issued with an invoice but I wanted a delivery date before I paid I left it a couple of days then rang again and left another message I wanted to speak to a human begin eventually someone rang me and order completed.
